It depends, are we doing a straight ballet (you vote for a party), or one in which you vote for a candidate?

If straight then it's both Mayoral and Senatorial (which would help build the government back up in a jiffy, as only four council men survived.

If candidate then it's just Mayoral, and the senate would be elected the following week, or month. They do need to be in place before laws can be passed so I strongly recommend a Straight Ballet be at work.

Well if it's straight, on the bright side, the United American Republic can try to negotiate with Cold Harbor in joining the Union against the Order remnants

The election results (Unity Victory) will be announced soon, according to Corenea. This victory, I think, is the drive you needed to start an uprising. It'd be interesting if we waited a while for Terra to fully realize who the Path is (She A, has not been on a computer yet, and B, did not make it to the voters rally to hear the speech). The time will also allow me to show, though the subject of her recent writings, how much she actually admired her brother. She might, if prompted by Alexandra, explain their relationship in more depth.

I don't know what to say, I mean, here i am, playing a Tiste Hora for crying out loud, and all I can do is think "What limits does my character have? Surely she's not that powerful? Oh wait, she is that powerful, but theirs no fun playing such a powerful character."

I now understand why Zein hasn't posted as Savior in so long and why Jariri has posted so much, theirs more you can do with a simple character then a complex character. It seems that perhaps the Tiste are best used as plot devices rather then as a characters.
