Well that item was presumed and believed to be destroyed by the Order............... Takashi was simply saying what he believed.

"But how are we goi-" Was about to ask Takashi, but Anisha just cut him off and called for the librarian, the shy male teenager coming to them obediently.
"Ho-Ho-How may assist you?" He timidly asked, putting the book he was holding in front of his mouth, his cheeks blushing a bright red.
"You can teleport things, people, anything anywhere correct, Ririsho-san?" Sternly demanded Anisha, staring him down, the boys glasses trembling.
"Ha-Ha-Hai!" Stuttered the librarian, putting the book up higher to cover his entire face.
"Then can you please teleport all three of to this park, right now?" She inquired, the boys answer a violent nod, as if he wanted to break his own neck.
Several Minutes later..........
Anisha, Takashi, and Yui all dusted their clothes off, having appeared about 3 feet above the ground, and falling down on the path in the park.
"Takashi and Yui, I need you to look for Hiro, we'll need him if there's trouble brewing here. But with the new competition, there's bound to be a conflict..... one without involving politics at all. Both of you understand?" Ordered Anisha, being the first one to get up from the trio, keeping her pouch close to her. Takashi and Yui both nodded, Takashi carrying Yui on his back, preparing to use Flash Step. Then in a flash they were gone like that, off to search for Hiro. "That takes care of that, now I need to get to a nice vantage point." She said to herelf, running out of the park, going into the concrete jungle.

But be complicated by his Soul Symbiosis, perhaps Yui was able to detect some emotional distress? It wouldn't be right for her plan to go 100% as planned. Perhapes his father's spirit was so strong that it nearly drew her in, or better yet merely repelled her. The event would have feed her power, caused suspicion from Yui (that Takashi might have tried to levie explaining about how he was warned before hand), and made Salvia aware of Takashi's spiritual condition (which she may or may not inform him of). We wouldn't have to act it out simply state his is what happened, and copy this chat to the wiki as a reference.
