This explains why she acts so un-Longa like. She hates being used by others, and I can deep inside she also hates herself for who she is. She's also looking for emotional closure, someone who doesn't use her, to accepts her for who she is, and she thinks she can find this in Saquiness (can't remember how its spelled). Basically she's desperate for someone to love her, since Saquiness is playing around with this concept with the ulterior motive of using her, though Savior doesn't know about this, she thinks he really loves her which has caused Saquiness to become the single object in her life that is is obsessively infatuated with. She has a low opinion of mortals being a tiste and all, it is her love of Saquiness which effectively enslaves her, prevents her from finding the true good people in the world. Were she to discover Saquiness's true intentions, she'd go into DEEP depression, push everyone away from her, find it nearly impossible to trust anyone ever again.
If someone did then love her, they would put quite a heavy effort in trying to prove it as Savior will act all hostile to all those who try to get close to her, but eventually someone will break the barrier and save Savior.

ARE you sure the's not a Hybrida? Or subject of some experiment like what Salvia went though? The Experiment that tried to replace her Dark Essence with Light Essence? Or that some Hora tried to rip her light out and fill her with darkness?

I mean, her character's been in since book one, it's kind of heard to retconn now.
