....its kind of hard for me to RP Alice's communication with the police if I dont.

Personality: Sarcastic and cheerful. Micheal manages to keep a positive attitude no matter the situation however he does tend to hold a grudge and has no mercy when it comes to dealing with rapists, murderers and kidnappers and will kill them on the spot without even a word.

Personal History: Micheal was born in England in specific' Essex. Before he came to Atlanta he was in the SBS as a Major up until the nukes came down. He watched as the country he thought at one point to be invincible ravaged as Central London was reduced to a wasteland. This broke him. He lost all faith. He didn't even know what he was supposed to be fighting for now. The break of will and faith triggered great power inside him which he quickly learnt to control.

Micheal was tipped off by Grim Reaper to come to Atlanta to start a new life. There was nothing left for him back in England. Every day he was to stay inside when the fallout started coming down. His children were dead along with his wife. When he got to Atlanta' Grim guided him to the bunker where he was tooled up with some combat armor and weaponry and not only that. He was also given a high tech helmet. This was the start of his career as a vigilante and quickly became the father figure of the group.

Powers, Weapons, Ect:
Powers:
-Supernatural Condition
-Special Ops Mastery
-Radiation Manipulation

Armor and Weapons:
-Combat Knife: A titanium 7 inch combat knife used for close quarters combat and hand to hand. Also a good survival tool.

-AS338: A modified AS50 Semi Automatic Sniper rifle. This one has been modified to chamber .338 Lapua Ammunition instead of .50 BMG. It is lighter and has lower recoil than a .50 Caliber sniper rifle.

-SCAR L Mk16 Custom: A heavily Customized Scar L Mk 16 Assault Rifle. It is chambered in 5.56 NATO. It has a 4x ACOG scope attachment and a Vertical Fore-Grip. Useful for medium range combat.

-Combat Armor: Some kevlar combat armor. Comes with RBA which can take rifle caliber up to 30 Feet away and take pistol caliber rounds along with some tolerance to flak. Apart from that it's just the same clothing any other soldier on the front line would wear and it's nothing special.

-AM Helmet: A Helmet that has a built in motion tracker over 25 meters, vital signs monitoring along with built in Night Vision, Thermal and Ultra Violet vision. The helmet also provides good protection against low powered attacks and flak.

Weaknesses (REQUIRED): He's just as durable as any other soldier making his arms and legs exposed to any attacks. He relies almost entirely on speed and stealth to keep him out of harms way. His weapons are ill suited for gun fights in tight spaces and his sniper rifle may give his position away when he fires it especially when it is dark where muzzle flashes can be seen meaning he will have to relocate after every shot if he wants to stay hidden.

You know when you're going up against someone who's body is waaaaay better in every way than a human it's advised that you don't hit them in the dark and not expect to be seen because his eyes adapt a lot better and quicker to the dark than any normal human
