Why isn't my map claim on the map? I requested the territory of the RL Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine.

If that is not available, I will instead claim the Argentine provinces of Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Buenos Aires, Misiones, and La Pampa, the Brazilian states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, and Rio de Janeiro, the US states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and North Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of Ontario, Sakatchewan, and Alberta. You may also add all of Namibia, the Bismarck Archipelago, and Kiautschou in China.

I was trying to claim those parts of the world with large populations of immigrants from Central and Eastern Europe.

I can give up Namibia, the Bismarck Archipelago, and Kiautschou. Those were just colonies of the German Empire.
