But that was a statement that was clearly designed to strike fear into my heart about what this creature can do to me and Sulphur. It's going to be taken as a threat.

I know. And that's why I dragged Sulphur and Brightsteel to Moon Tower. If the Silence is getting out, it'll be very fun to be inside the compound, fighting them.

Is there any way that Sterling could jump in? Mainly in a way that would get him to meet Opium, but any other way would be good. I've been busy working on an app for another rp, so I'm not sure what's going on in IC...

Oh great... like, as I'm chatting with Marci soon, or when we're right up next to the Tower soon, or what?

Well, as is, Shademane, Opium, and Aurora are at the locks of salmon bay (right below Ballard, western area of Seaddle)

I would assume it's either headed straight for Moon Tower or it's just spreading like a virus outward from the Vault.

Aw, damn. Well, then my group better rush (according to rough estimates), they were just reaching the locks by the time the Silence was released.

Why thank you! I'll consider your advice.

But seriously, I think I'll trust creepy alicorn stranger and get away from the tower if I can't make it there before the Silence.

The Silence is going to be moving fairly slowly, gauging the lay of the (Waste)land and the factions.

Ah, ok. Then we should be decently fine. Anyway, since I haven't finished reading the fanfic, do the clouds above Seaddle protect the ground from solar radiation or anything? Or is it purely lack of diligence from weather pegasi/the pegasi in the clouds?

The pegasi purposefully keep the clouds thick so that they don't have to deal with the wastes below.

If we galloped, and keep in mind I've put my house at the tip of the little spur of land just south of the Steel rangers and that we've been trotting casually for some time, could we make it to Moon Tower?

I'm just worried about getting into the compound instead of being stuck in the suburbs as the legions of hell start charging.
