And no one's character is really safe any more. That's one reason I allowed multiple chars.

Well, you just said that you won't kill any of your characters. And why should we let it slide? You were told that you may only have two. You broke that rule multiple times with your Flutters account. Then, because you feel as if you're above the rules and that they don't apply to you, you created (or used) another account to create two more characters.
In all you have:
Dark Heart (was accepted before use)
Spot (possibly was accepted before use, I forget)
Hope (was denied, used anyway)
Phoenix (wasn't accepted before use)
Dustbowl/Buthc/Red Dawn (turned into autonomous characters, no app created for them)
Pitch Black (was accepted before use)
Bounty Hunt (was accepted before use)
Seriously, it's as if you think you're better than us or something. As if the rules don't hold you down.
