Avatar of Destruction: Victor has control of the earth. He can cause earthquakes, manipulate earth.

Crown of Death: An aura of fear follows him around. A stench that unnerves every living being follows him throughout the world.

Reaper of Souls: Victor can pass between the worlds of the living and dead at will. He can pull a soul over the barrier with him, leaving their physical body empty while he battles their soul in the world of the dead. He is the master of the next world, so he simply manipulates the world I to driving his victims to insanity. When their minds are broken he takes their soul to feed his hunger.

Master of the Arcane: He is The Lord of the Dead, master of the spirit world and conquerer of death itself. He can inhabit other bodies at will, although this makes his physical form vulnerable.

Drawbacks:

When he is in the spirit world, his host body is left as an empty shell. If the host body is slain, he must find another body and devour the soul.

If the host body is destroyed while he is inhabiting it, his essence is banished to the spirit world. He must then rely upon his allies in the mortal world to perform a ritual that gives him the strength to take another mortal host.

I was debating whether or not to leave that in. It just seemed like he would be useless in a stand up fight without some sort of physical ability.

Also, I'm going to ask, how well would your character do in a fight with Savior? Would he/she have a chance to win, or would it be a one-sided curbstomping battle?

Justicar might be able to give her a run for her money, but it would be short-lived.
Graves might cause her problems, if his needles get through, (Vomiting nausea, Paralysis, Confused nerve signals, I dont think he would want to use the stimulant... that would make maters much worse), or if his rod of torment works, but he could probably only delay her and irritate her.
Zin...Zins not really in her league. The only situation I see him standing a chance is if Savior was previously unaware of his presence, in a dark room, with lotsa walls and she were temporarily not immune to his swords. And even then she could detect him and he'd be screwed.
