Hmm... i'd be cool to see him going to the attorney office for the right to vote, I know I'd vouch for his right. I honestly don't see how his biological age matters for much, as the age requirement is meant to keep immature persons form voting, or those who would vote so and so because their dad thinks it's a good idea. One must have the ability to make a self informed decision in order to vote. I'd say some one over 500 years old is more then qualified to vote (I mean, look there, already far pass the voting age requirement).
