The massive Mon Calamari cruiser was armed more so than the Imperials believed. It could hold its own against an Imperial star destroy, and was mearly 100 meters shy of being the same size. The ships didn't respond yet, and held their position. The 3 ships had successfully went the long way around the planet from a distance, and were preparingg to descend. Meanwhile, a stealth ship(like the one used over Christophsis) was being preped to do a more direct evactuation run. Deno watched as his ships disappeared around the other side of the planet, moving down to land. He himself would command the ship as it took off. He boarded and sat in the pilots seat. The ship lifted off, activated its cloaking devise, and shot off toward the planet.

On the bridge of the Reedemer a man in a admirals uniform flanked by 3 gaurds in bright blue senate armor contacted the fleet.

"I am Admiral Gates. I see that your blockade of this planet is very powerful, but I'm afraid we cannot surcumb inay closer to you either way. We will negotiate for the peacful surrender of this fleet. I have seen Imperial victories before, and what you call a surrender is what I call a massacre." He paused thinking, "I wish to have a word with your commanding officer. Otherwise, I'm afraid this battleship will not be surrendering. Were more than a match for you star destroyer, with our advanced shielding. True, we lack superior fire power, but our shields make up for that. Do not under estimate this ship, but most of all, don't under estimate our resolve."
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again- Etienne de Grellet du Mabillier

OOC: That is another thing I would like to debate, but I don't want to delay any further.

The comm officer relayed the message. The admiral thought that over for a moment.
"What is the status of those ships trying to evade our blockade," he asked as he took his place at the comm station.
"Our fighter and bomber squadrons will be intercepting them within the next few minutes," the flight officer stated. "In case that does not work, the Star Destroyers on the planet have been notified and will engage on sight."
"I want no screw ups on this, understood," the admiral said, receiving several nods as a reply. He turned to the comm officer. "Patch me through."
"It's done, sir," the officer said and stood aside for the admiral to speak.
"This is Admiral Gahl of the Imperial fleet," the admiral began. "I am the commanding officer of this blockade. There are no need for such threats, Admiral Gates. And I can assure you that you and your crew will be treated with the utmost respect, including your Jedi. As long as their are no hostile intentions or actions, you and your forces are safe."
The admiral saw the flight officer mouth that the TIE fighter and bomber squadrons were already on top of the evading starships. The admiral nodded. No need to tell the enemy admiral of such actions. He motioned for the comm officer to jam those three ships' communications.

The TIE fighters attacked the small group of ships first, hitting them with suppressive fire to weaken their shields and gain their full attention. The fighters swarmed around the ships, making several attack runs and doing their best to weaken their shields the best that they could. The bombers came in about thirty seconds behind the fighters, lining up for their attack runs. The first objective was to destroy the shield generators and, if possible, the bridges of the ships. Within seconds, the bombers had their targets and released their compliment of proton bombs onto the enemy ships, blasting through whatever shielding was left and hitting their intended targets. A couple bombs landed on top of the Acclamator's central hangar, possibly blasting through the hull. As the bombers fled away from the enemy fleet to begin another attack, the TIE fighters covered their escape, antagonizing the enemy ships even further. This would be the strategy until the enemy ships were destroyed. It would only take a few minutes.

The officer at the scanning console jumped up from his station. "Sir," he called out. "Several warships have just came out of hyperspace just beyond the gravity well."
The admiral turned away from the comm station. "What are they doing," he demanded.
"It looks like they are sending their massive compliment of fighters against us, sir," the officer replied. "Those warships appear to be forming up for an attack, too."
The admiral frowned. "Damn rebels," he growled before going back to the comm station. He then spoke to Admiral Gates.
"Admiral Gates, it appears that your friends are attempting to attack my blockade," Admiral Gahl said. "Call them off, or I will be forced to destroy them and you. Do I make myself clear?"
The Star Destroyers in the blockade aimed their main guns at the enemy capital ships and waited for the order to fire. TIE fighters were being scrambled to protect the blockade from the enemy fighters. The blockade was ready for a fight and it knew that was what it was going to come to.

Kite activated the Comm. System inside his modified Delta-7 Starfighter as the thousands of Z-95's and Y-Wings launched towards the Imperial Fleet and the Warships formed up behind his ship. "This is Red Leader. All Fighters sound off." Slowly one by one each Squadron Leader sounded off. Z-95 Squadrons, Blue, Gold, Green, Gray, Violet, Wrecker, and Delta which were far bigger than regular Fighter Squadrons since they had a large amount of ships and not enough Call Signs. (OOC: Bit of humor there.) And Y-Wing Squadrons Shadow, Ripper, Meta, and Omega. Kite smirked at the approaching Imperial Fleet. "Warships hold back and support Master Deno's ships from Long Range. Bomber's target the Star Destroyer's Shield Generators. Fighters hit their fighters hard for distraction. I'll draw their fire."
Kite then contacted Admiral Hiro whom was commanding his ships. "Admiral has Captain Fordo reported in yet on the situation on the surface?" Kite received a negative response saying their Signal Beacon was gone altogether.

Admiral Hiro just finished saying that to Kite from the Bridge of the Venator Warship, Mace, when a garbled transmission came through from the surface. "Hello....please respond! This is ARC Shuttle 14536...........Vader has killed the team!.......Imperial Forces all over the place!......Need Reinforcements!" Admiral Hiro knew that was probably the pilot from the Shuttle that had transported the ARC Troopers to the planet.

The acclamator was hit hard, and part of the hull was breached but they were already in the atmosphere. The frigates blasted their antifighter weapons at the TIE fighters taking down several, but when the bombers came they damaged 1 of the frigates. The acclamator continued to blast at the Imperial forces, but the ships captain was smarter than the Imperials thought. These fighters were antagonizing his forces. He ordered the airlocks sheild by the breach, and the 3 ships aborted the mission rising up out of the atmosphere. Once the exited the atmosphere, they made way to pass as far away from the gravity well as possible. The sheilds were recycling and would be put on line soon by the emergency backup generator. The ships despearatly tried to escape. The captain was satisfied knowing the Imperials lost many fighters in this skirmish...

Master deno passed by the enemy flagship, desperate to fire its diamond boron missiles and destroy the bridge, but decided its mission was more important. The ship blasted through into the atmosphere and moved to evacuate the rebel forces on the ground...

The Reedemer held steady in space, while the fleet formed up around it. So far, the Imperials were distracted and the stealth ship had made it through. Admiral gates responded to the Imperial admiral.

"I'm sorry but these fighters are not under my command. You see, I have direct control of this fleet. My allies speak for themselves. But, seeing their resolve, I think i might give aid for their lives."

The admiral smiled as the hologram cut off. The ship emitted a jamming frequency to the enemy flagship and fired 7 diamond boron missiles, and 14 torpedos at the enemy ship. The diamond boron missiles made way to strike the bridge, as they were unaffected by sheilds. The ships turbo lasers blasted at the lower life support dome and the fleet fired over 80 more torpedos to destroy the hanger. Soon, the flagship would be crippled and the rebel forces would penetrate through to evacuate the rebels.

Soon, the flagship would be crippled and the rebel forces would penetrate through to evacuate the rebels.

Admiral Gahl frowned at the response from Admiral Gates. He knew that the admiral would help out his fellow rebels, but he still didn't like to be told off like that.
"Admiral, enemy missiles and torpedoes are being fired at the Devastator," an officer called. "Shall I activate the point-defense lasers?"
"Of course," Gahl said as if that should have been done without his permission. "Comms, give the order to open fire."
"I can't sir," the comms officer stated with a little frustration. "The enemy is jamming our signals. We can't contact anyone outside of our ship."
The admiral sighed with frustration. He noticed that the Star Destroyers were already firing their weapons, so he wasn't too upset, but the jamming would be a problem should the fleet need to make an adjustment. Gahl took a guess as to where the jamming was coming from.
"Weapons, focus your fire on that Mon Calamari cruiser," Gahl ordered. "Make sure that thing is nothing more than molten slag by the time we deal with the rebel fighters."
"Aye, sir," Weapons responded.
The main turbolaser and ion cannon batteries of the Devastator focused on taking out the Redeemer, with some bolts taking out any fighters that happened to get in their way. And there were plenty of enemy fighters to go around, though there were plenty of TIE fighters to handle them, backed by the anti-fighter cannons of the Star Destroyers. All across the blockade, Imperial Star Destroyers blasted at both fighters, bombers, and capital ships alike. Any missiles or torpedoes fired at the destroyers were quickly destroyed by the point-defense lasers. A bomber or fighter would have to get very close if it wanted to hit a Star Destroyer with those weapons and the TIE fighters were not letting that happen, their superior maneuverability proving to be very useful in this fight.

Vader deflected the shots fired by the clone under the tree and killed him with a deflected blaster bolt. As Fordo attempted to finish off Vader with a thermal detonator, Vader used the Force to push Fordo away as he activated the detonator. Vader then focused his attention to Master Cosmos. He stretched out to him through the Force and came to a conclusion: this wasn't the Jedi that had touched him earlier. However, a Jedi was a Jedi and must be dealt with.
"Then I hope you are prepared to die, Jedi," Vader said, lowering his lightsaber into his combat stance.

Kite's Fighter zoomed past a Squadron of advancing TIE Fighters which turned to fire balls as he passed. And the elite Red Squadron followed from behind him and fired their Torpedo's at the Shield Generators of the nearest Star Destroyer whilst following Kite into the breach and felling many a TIE Fighter. Meanwhile the Y-Wing Bomber Squadron, Shadow Squadron, headed straight for the Devastator while their Tail Gunners fired wildly to keep them all from being blown to bits.

The Shuttle Pilot watched in shock and somewhat fear as Vader killed Captain Fordo and ten of the most elite ARC Troopers at Kite's disposal. He knew he had to do something and therefore rushed back into the Shuttle. The Republic Attack Shuttle took off and slowly came around in front of the Hut. Vader had already entered but that didn't matter. The two giant Dual Turbolaser Batteries on the Shuttle lowered and took aim right behind Vader on the entrance. "Say Good Night Sith!" The Cannons fired.

TIE fighters continued to whittle away at the enemy fighters, though the pilots were beginning to wish for some anti-fighter support from a Tartan Patrol Cruiser or a Lancer frigate. It was getting to the point that some Star Destroyers launched their LAAT/i's to help the fighters with their firepower. The Star Destroyers began to pick up the pace with their anti-fighter and point-defense lasers to pick off any fighters or bombers that got too close.
The Devastator was no exception to this. The Star Destroyer spat out a lot of flak, hitting multiple enemy fighters that tried to hit it. Point-defense lasers continued to pick off any torpedoes that were fired at the destroyer, while a couple of TIE fighter squadrons came to the aid in the protection of the destroyer, picking off Y-Wings by hitting them from below, where their turrets did nothing to protect them.
While the fighters and bombers were being dealt with, the Star Destroyers pelted the enemy capital ships with turbolaser and ion cannon fire, draining away shields and burning through hull plating and weapons systems. The larger enemy capital ships were the primary targets, though the frigates and corvettes were not left out. The Star Destroyers nearest to the Devastator diverted some of their reserve energy to their weapons to provide more support to their flagship. The blockade was not going to budge.

Vader felt the Force tug at him, warning him of something behind him. He rushed from his position the moment the energy bolts blasted through the hut, pieces of splintered wood flying through the air. Vader grabbed the debris with the Force and threw it at cockpit. The intention was not to kill the pilot with the debris, but to blind him for a moment so that Vader could get a grip on the shuttle. As Vader was about to slam the shuttle against the cliff, a TIE fighter roared by and fired at the shuttle, hitting its engines and left wing. Vader felt the shuttle begin to lose power and decided to help it crash into the ground below. He used the Force to fling the shuttle downwards to the jungle floor below. Once he was satisfied that the shuttle was gone, he returned his attention to Master Cosmos.
"Now that there are no more distractions," he said, "shall we begin?"

What the TIE Fighter's couldn't handle was a Jedi lead elite Fighter Squadron. Kite and Red Squadron zipped at the Devastator and quickly began picking off the Fighters whilst hitting the Destroyer itself with their Torpedo's. Meanwhile Two Y-Wings were spiraling out of control towards the Starboard Hanger of the Devastator. "We may be going down boys but we'll take a lot of them with us. Just before impact fire your Torpedo's inside the Hanger!" The Lead Pilot said into the Comm. And that was what they did. As they passed through the shields, their engines aflame, each Y-Wing let off two powerful proton torpedoes each.

Master Cosmos knocked the thermal detonator out of Captain Fordo's hand just before the explosion using the force. The explosion singed the Captains armor as he fell to the ground unconscious but alive. Using the force he brought the heavily damaged shuttle down as softly as possible. He hoped the pilot was able to survive the beating but he wouldn't be able to tell until he checked himself. Master Cosmos knew that the TIE fighter flying above them would work to his disadvantage. With both hands he was able force grip the TIE fighter as it was coming in low and smashed it into the ground next to the hut. With the fighter out of the way he turned to Darth Vader. Activating his lightsaber he went into his battle stance. If Vader's lightsaber skills were anything like his piloting skills then he was in for a tough fight ahead.

"You are not who I was looking for," Vader disagreed. "There is someone else here. Someone far stronger in the Force than you, Jedi. If you are to get in my way, then I must dispose of you." Vader waited for Cosmos to make the first move, taking up his stance. This was going to be most enjoyable.

Admiral Gahl felt the Devastator shake. "What the hell was that," he demanded.
"Not sure at this time, sir," someone called. "Sensors indicate that the hangar suffered severe damage."
"Was there anything of value in there," Gahl asked.
"Negative," an officer stated. "All of our ground forces and TIE squadrons were launched, so there was very little lost in the damage. Fire crews are responding immediately to handle any fires."
Gahl sighed. At least there wasn't much lost. As Gahl turned to look at the carnage out the viewport, he saw a Delta-7 Aethersprite roar past the bridge. Aethersprites weren't used by anyone other than a Jedi. He grinned.
"Weapons," he called out. "I just found you a new target. There is a Delta-7 Aethersprite out there that needs to be dealt with. Dispose of it, will you?"
The anti-fighter laser cannons of the Devastator turned to take on this new target. Point-defense lasers continued to detonate any torpedoes that were fired at the Devastator. TIE fighters began to pick away the last of the fighters surrounding the Devastator with assistance from any anti-starfighter laser cannon that wasn't occupied with taking out Kite's starfighter.
The few TIE bomber squadrons that were in the fray commenced their own attack runs, hitting any target that they wished. In one case, two TIE bombers hit a Venator Star Destroyer's command bridge with their proton bombs, their pilots hopeful that they had done serious damage. The Imperial Star Destroyers continued their onslaught, crippling many of the smaller ships and dealing damage to the bigger capital ships. It was only a matter of time now, many of the Imperial Star Destroyer captains thought.

One Arquiten Light Cruiser had broken formation early in the battle and now aflame was on an unstoppable crash course with the Devastator. Kite contacted the ship but received only static. Then he contacted Hiro. "Admiral who is in command of that Cruiser!" The Admiral informed him that Captain Arghast was in command of that ship but was not responding. Kite then saw seven TIE Fighters on his tail and smirked. "So you boys want to play chase huh! Well come on!" He swerved hard a right and rounded the Bridge of the Devastator with the Fighters firing in pursuit. R7-D4 beeped nervously. "R7 we can outfly these dopes any day. Besides I can use this to my advantage. But first." Kite contacted the Flagship again. "Admiral have the Flagship and two other Cruisers and four Light Cruisers commence firing on the Devastator!"
Three Venator's and four Arquitens began firing maximum firepower at the Devastator. Kite meanwhile swerved again but down this time as two Fighters crashed into the hull. Kite sped away from the Destroyer for some length and then came back around. He sped at the Port Side Hanger of the Devastator. "Well here is the consequence of your little chase." Just before they impacted against the Hanger Shields, Kite performed a move once enacted by Anikan Skywalker at the Battle of Coruscant and blew out the Shield Generators. Before pulling up he fired off twenty Torpedo's into the Port Hanger and then as he pulled up the TIE Fighters didn't have the agility of the Delta-7 to pull out and crashed.

Before pulling up he fired off twenty Torpedo's into the Port Hanger and then as he pulled up the TIE Fighters didn't have the agility of the Delta-7 to pull out and crashed.

The TIE fighters quickly maneuvered out of the way and continued to pursue the Delta-7. Gahl saw that the fighter was simply moving too quickly for the fighters to hit it. Not for long, Gahl thought.
"Activate the tractor beam and catch that Delta-7," he ordered. "I have had enough of this Jedi scum!"
The tractor beam leapt out of its projector and snagged the Delta-7, trapping it. It was nothing more but a sitting target at this point. The TIE fighters and anti-fighter turrets took advantage of this and fired at the trapped Jedi starfighter, quickly draining its shields and causing structural damage.
While the Devastator focused its attention elsewhere, a CC-2200 Detainer saw the oncoming Arquiten cruiser and maneuvered to intercept. The crew quickly abandoned ship and let the autopilot continue for them. The Detainer crashed into the Arquiten, cutting through its hull then detonating in a brief fireball. Debris pelted both sides of the engagement, but a major disaster was averted. The escape pods of the Detainer quickly leapt to the Devastator for retrieval.
The Imperial blockade had about enough with these rebels. The thirty Star Destroyers in the blockade fired with everything they had, from turbolasers to ion cannons, from laser cannons to concussion missiles. Many of the smaller vessels were taken out of commission, which left only the larger capital ships. Since the Empire still operated the Venator Star Destroyer, and with most of the commanding officers in the blockade being former COs of that class, the Imperial Star Destroyers quickly exploited the weakness of the design: its elevated command towers. TIE bombers helped quicken the process of the enemy's destruction by letting loose the last of their ordinance onto the bridges of the Venators. The barrage of energy weapons and bombs certainly proved effective and now the COs of the blockade knew it would only be a matter of time.

Admiral Hiro was no idiot but he also knew Vader's old tactics. Or rather his old Padawan's tactics. "Enact tactic C34156." The 12 remaining Venator Cruisers, 8 Arquiten Light Cruisers, and 5 Acclamators angled their Hulls to face the Imperial Blockade. Meaning that not only was it harder for the TIE Fighters and Bombers to hit the vital areas of the ships, but also the Bridge and Hanger areas were relatively safe from Imperial TurboLaser Fire.
Kite meanwhile called in Red Squadron whom came around and each Z-95 launched four Proton Torpedo's at the Tractor Beam Generator while six others hit the exposed main Gun Batteries on the upper hull around the Bridge. And there were 24 Fighters in the Squadron. In mere moments Kite's Fighter was free and he swung back around headed for the enemy Hanger on the underside of the Destroyer. He contacted the Acclamators. "Launch Boarding Parties!"
Kite's "Boarding Parties" were twelve Gunships each loaded with a full compliment of 30 Clones with Jetpacks and Magnetic Soles. Along with six Carriers each holding an AT-TE and another two each of which was holding four AT-XT's. Over a hundred Z-95 Starfighters and around 75 Y-Wings flew escort for them. They were to land on the hull of the Devastator.

The Mon calamari cruiser activated its advanced sheilding feature, weakening firepower but protecting the ship. The enemy fire did mild damage, but the cruiser wistled back firing 9 more torpedos for the bridge. The ship activated its engines and moved below the enemy flagship, where fewer weapons existed. 12 concussion missiles fired off at the enemy life support and hull. The ship would soon have a great problem to deal with. The cruiser activated its engines and moved directly under the star destroyer as its missiles zoomed past it. While the ship was beneath the star destroyer, it launched a compliment of 95 fighters that would swoop up around the ship and flank the guns from all side. Then, a ring of 20 bombers would strike and destroy the bridge.

The ship landed on the planet and began evacuating troops. Once it was full it contacted Master cosmos.

"This is Master Deno. I need all personnel on board now. We can't hold everyone, so we will have to make a second mission. You must hurry."
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again- Etienne de Grellet du Mabillier

Gahl nearly laughed at the sight of the Venators, Acclamators and Arquitans showing their bellies at him. It was amusing to him how desperately these rebels were trying to save their ships. Not only did it look hilarious, but it was an idiotic maneuver. The heavy weapons of all three classes were on top of the ships, thus this maneuver just made these ships sitting targets. Once he calmed down, he called for a status on the reestablishment of communications with the rest of the fleet.
"We are nearly there, sir," Weapons called. "We're zeroing on the Mon Calamari cruiser's comm relay now."
"Inform me when it does," Gahl demanded.
"Yes, sir."
The defenses of the Devastator continued to knock out any proton torpedoes and diamond-boron missiles that came at the ship, however one torpedo slipped past the defenses and hit a section of the raised tower, though it missed the bridge. While the Mon Calamari cruiser whittled away at the bottom of the Devastator's shields, there were still point-defense lasers to deal with the concussion missiles that were fired at the life support, giving the crew a little while longer to deal with this cruiser. A few TIE bomber squadrons were sent to hit the cruiser's shields and comms array, strafing the hull of the cruiser with their compliment of proton bombs and proton torpedoes. The TIE fighters surrounding the ship met with the enemy starfighters trying to destroy the Devastator's bridge. The anti-fighter turrets helped the fighters with that job.
The Imperial Star Destroyers took advantage of the enemy ships' predicament. Several turbolaser shots punched through the armor surrounding the reactors of the Acclamators and Venators. It was easy to know when a ship's reactor was hit when the ship was instantly vaporized from the resulting chain reaction. This basically put a bulk of the enemy capital ships out of commission, leaving the Imperial Star Destroyers little to do other than clean up the rest of the resistance that was left.
As for the boarding parties trying to board the Devastator, the thousands of TIE fighters guarding the blockade were not going to let them complete their objective. A couple hundred TIE fighters broke away from the blockade and proceeded to attack the LAAT/is, LAAT/cs, and their escorts in a large wedge formation, with the rear of the TIE fighter formation still covering the blockade, specifically the Devastator. The TIE fighters began a headlong attack, with the survivors of the first fly-by going under and nailing the Y-Wings and LAATs with their laser cannons, virtually neutralizing that threat and protecting themselves from the two classes' defenses. With that settled, the TIE fighters continued to swarm the remainders of the boarding attempt, showing the rebels what the Empire could really do, when push came to shove.

Sadly Admiral Gahl was an idiot. The former Republic Ships hulls were fully protected from the fire of the Star Destroyers. Admiral Gahl assumed just because the Star Destroyer was newer that they were tougher but Kite was giving a helping hand from the Force and this helping hand led him and Red Squadron to start butchering the TIE Fighters. Two AT-TE Carriers managed to break off and release their Walkers which fell and then landed on the hull of the Devastator. They quickly magnetized as three LAAT's hovered above and the Clones jetpacked out.
Kite realized this was getting them nowhere and he would have to go right to the source. He spun around and sped his Fighter right towards the Bridge of the Devastator firing his Lasers and letting off all 26 remaining Torpedo's. "Unloaded Gunships fire all Torpedo's on the Bridge!" The three LAAT's each fired off 50 Torpedoes at the Bridge while Kite kept speeding at the Bridge. (OOC: Think of a modified version of when the A-Wing crashed into the Bridge of the Executor in Episode 6 only the crash hasn't happened yet.)

Master Cosmos sighed as he had hoped that Vader would of believed that it was him that he had sensed. Vader however wouldn't be fooled so easily. He would not allow Vader to kill Master Marek and his son. Master Cosmos either had to defeat Vader or hold out long enough for the others to make it off planet. The former is something he probably wouldn't be able to accomplish but the latter was something completely doable. Vader had not moved yet, he must want him to lead. Master Cosmos leapt at Vader and locked lightsabers. He looked into his helmet, no emotion, just darkness.
"Tell me Vader, What will happen if you kill me and find the one you sense?"

Kite pulled out of the attack and sent the all out retreat order. The Fighters and Bombers quickly returned to their Hangers as they prepared to jump to Hyperspace back to Tython. One problem was the Gravity Well Generators. Kite contacted Master Deno. "Master Deno I have called for an all out retreat. But if you could take out the Gravity Well Generators it would help."

Inoffensive Centrist Democracy

The bombers came up around, and dozens of fighters were destroyed protecting them. 5 crashed into the bridge of the Star destroyer, blowing up ferociously. Over 50 of thee remaining Concussion missiles shot strait behind at the life support systems, and the missiles were all intercepted except 1 which struck a turret, destroying it. The ship had done quite a bit of damage, and the powerful shields held strong. They released a full broadside, firing every upper deck weapon at the life support systems and bottom hull. Thousands of laser sots and dozens of missiles along with at least 70 torpedo's would strike it. Certainly the majority would hit. The ship turned straight down from the star destroyer, activated its engines, and shot at high speeds way below the fleet. The fighters continued to fire at the enemy bridge, and results of the massive assault on life support and the kamikaze attack would be in soon.

On the planet, Master Deno lifted off and targeted the gravity well generators. 7 torpedo's shot off followed by 2 dozen concussion missiles and a spread of powerful turbo lasers. The ship went around, firing on any enemy forces trying to protect the destroyed gravity well generators. The ship then went into cloaked mode and shot off into space. it exited stealth mode, fired 20 torpedo's at the flagships engines, re-entered into cloaked mode, and shot off toward the Reedemer which was about to jump to exit the enemy firing range far far below them.
I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again- Etienne de Grellet du Mabillier

One CC-2200 Detainer went down from the barrage of missiles, but the other three repositioned themselves to compensate for the loss of their two brothers. Any time the stealth ship came out of cloaking, the Star Destroyers pelted the ship with turbolaser fire. One even attempted to capture the ship with its tractor beam, but it missed.
The Devastator took several hits to its command tower, with on of the bombers hitting just three decks below the viewport of the bridge. After
Admiral Gahl regained his balance from the last blast, he turned to the crew pit.
"Is communication restored with the fleet," he demanded.
The comm officer nodded. "However, we may only have it for just a few moments, sir," the officer cautioned.
"That's all I need," Gahl said. "Contact one of the Star Destroyers planetside and tell them to get up here and destroy that Mon Calamari cruiser. Then try to get as many TIE bombers as you can to do the same. Tell them we're taking a beating up here! And I want those Detainers' gravity wells up and I want them protected."
The message was quickly relayed throughout the blockade and down to Kashyyyk. One Star Destroyer was able to slip away from its duties and proceeded to help the Devastator with the Mon Calamari cruiser, firing its ion cannons and turbolasers as soon as it was in range. The blockade kept its position, but followed the order to give the CC-2200 Detainers added protection. The blockade continued its onslaught against the rebel forces, hitting any ships that the gunners felt still posed a threat. Lastly, several TIE fighter and TIE bomber squadrons converged onto the Mon Calamari cruiser, hitting it with everything they had. The remaining TIE fighters pushed ahead and antagonized the remaining fighters and bombers, trying to prevent any survivors from escaping. The Devastator, meanwhile, was beginning to move away from the blockade as it could no longer hold its position. The ship was in bad shape, crippled by all the fighting and it relied on its one main engine and secondary propulsion systems to move it to a safer position. However, it could have been much worse.

The United Empire of Exucular wrote:Master Cosmos sighed as he had hoped that Vader would of believed that it was him that he had sensed.

"Enough of this," Vader growled. "You are merely delaying the inevitable, Jedi. Allow me to make up for lost time."
The floor underneath Master Cosmos began to splinter and enclose the Jedi Master in a pile of debris. Vader continued to add to the pile until the entire flooring of the hut was on top of Master Cosmos, entombing him. Vader knew it wouldn't hold, but he couldn't afford to engage the Jedi at the moment. He needed to find the other Jedi he was seeking. And time was running out.
"I shall dispose of you later, Jedi," Vader said, making for the rear entrance of the hut. Pushing the curtain aside, he turned back to the Jedi. "Right now, I must deal with the Jedi you are trying to protect." With that, Vader quickened his pace and continued to search for the Jedi. He could sense this individual through the Force. And he was close by.

Captain Fordo trudged to the pile covering Master Cosmos and began to painfully pull pieces of wreckage away from the pile. As three separate Gunships landed outside in the clearing to evac the group. Ten Clones ran out of each.

Suddenly the pile that was entombing Master Cosmos began to shake. The wood began to crack and break around him. After a few seconds the construct surrounding him either collapsed into piece or were blown across the room. He quickly got up and helped Captain Fordo to the door. "I was expecting more of a fight Captain, I guess Vader has places to be, Jedi to eliminate."
Entering the clearing he handed over Captain Fordo to the three clones he had saved from Vader's wrath.
"At the bottom of the cliff their is a damaged shuttle, check if the pilot is still alive, he should be since I softened his landing tremendously."
Vader couldn't have gotten far. He walked up to the group of clones that had just arrived.
"Do any of these gunships have a speeder on it?'

The Clones nodded and a ramp opened in the back of a Gunship. In the back was a Speeder.

He quickly jumped on the Speeder and drove out of the gunship. He informed the clones that he would contact them when he needed a pick up. Master Cosmos then said a temporary good-bye and speeded into the forest. He used the force to guide himself to Vader's location. He hoped that he could make it to Vader before Vader made it to Master Marek and his son. He feared what could happen if Vader were to capture his son alive. The thought made him shudder. Stepping on the gas he zoomed even faster through the landscape.

As the fighting below continued came to its climax, Vader focused on finding his target. It was not all that hard, considering that whoever he was tracking was not trying to hide his or her presence in the Force, making the Dark Lord's job much easier. Within a few minutes, Vader had found his query: a Jedi master trying to push through the brush to safety. Vader made his presence known.
"Master Marek, I presume," Vader said as he stepped into view, igniting his lightsaber. "You cannot hide from me, Jedi. Give up now, and I will make your death swift."
(OOC: Exucular, do you want to be Master Marek or should I do that?)
