In the past few months, I have rather unexpectedly come to favor worldbuilding over the actual writing process.

I, as always, blame Khan.

I've always favoured worldbuilding.

Out of the first 27 characters to pop in my head, seventeen are straight, four are gay, seven are bi.

Gay - 15%

The numbers will add up to above 100 due to rounding.

I've spent a shitton of time working on the specific mechanisms of that pathogen, but since it's part of my field of study I'm not that surprised that I take a greater interest in biology.

If an actual scientific concept pops up that I think is cool, I see no reason why it shouldn't be used to kill a wizard.

As a side note, I still dislike magic, and refuse to use it. Oh, sure, I'll bend reality through the power of a race humans cannot comprehend, but it is not. Magic.
