Which I found a bit hilarious, considering that it means it was more helpful than living in a Latino neighbourhood.

I read an article which said the Utah government wanted every child in the state to know at least one foreign language, and they start off quite young with a vast variety of options. John Huntsman had headed this program when he was the governor there.
