Your numbers are a bit big, but that's no problem, because you're facing a war with Japan here. If you look in the first post of this thread, there is a link to the last map. The guy in Korea was just deleted for inactivity. So, ICly, something happened to that Empire, and it split into several parts, while Japan was attacking. It's a great story to enter the RP with, in my opinion.

China does not exist as a nation. Eastern Manchuria and Western Japan were part of Korea, which, yes, was a large Empire. Now, the player behind all that has gone. You joined in soon after that, claiming only part of the Empire. So, it's up to you to RP what happened to Eastern Manchuria and Western Japan. There is no other country around them, so the probable outcome is that the Empire just split into three nations, that still exist.
Western Japan is being attacked by the player in Eastern Japan. I do not think Japan will try to attack mainland Korea soon, but that is the next step. So yes.

I don't have any plan to invade Mainland Korea. It's cost too much money and my military is not advanced yet. Yes, we have gunpowder, but we don't have any cannons or guns based on gunpowder, only fireworks. I have intention to unify Japan first and strengthen it.
