Alright. I made him an NPC. I got a TG from him once to make Armenia revolt and be Ukrainian loyalists, but not apart of it.

Ind addition, Azerbaijan is actually south of where you though Chechnya was at.

Um..... no. It's always ten days before. No idea why everyone always thinks it's four times that. Something to do with the rule being made when we had the 20-year rate. :/

Look at the map in the OP. It's not the latest, but it's accurate in your area. You'd be the gray nation in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. We'll give you a color soon.

Uh, you're kinda missing the fact that I own the Southern half of the Straits of Gibraltar, and you kinda didn't give me any of the reparations I took from Ostyrlonia.

I dunno. Ask Horus, since he's saying it is. And he said around 1650s was when everyone would start having the same tech.
