They have no concept of an economy, everything lacks art or creativity everything is made to further their two goals.

There are unfortunately too many small groups we need some bigger ones. We can try and work something out though.

nether just giving advice , and going off what everyone else for the past day has been told, were out of room for smaller groups there are only a handful of big factions left.

That's the whole forgiveness part of it. Its mostly economic, the Enlightened Primacy is the only big government to trade with the Batarians
