I think seeing that foreign governments are being controlled by the OP, you cant just go around RPing that every major world power recognizes your claim to the entire country, especial after several other successor states have been recognized by foreign nations already.

1. I know, that is a proposal given to the foreign nations which is why I asked him to RP their reaction.
2. And, I am not claiming entire country, just asking them to recognise RoA as a primary successor to USA (so inheriting the debts and assets in nations which recognise this claim) but it doesn't stop recognition of any other states as successor to USA. Basically, all it does is ensure UNSC doesn't veto membership application to UN, inherit installations in Germany, Dimona Radar Facility in Israel, and 5 bases in United Kingdom... all without troops because I dont have any troops to send there. So, really only de facto effect is dick waving rights and no veto for membership of UN.
