California and Nevada has 6 army installations, out of which two are national guard installations, one is fort, another one is basically just home to Defence Language Institute. That leaves us with two facilities: Parks Reserve Forces Training Area and Sierra Army Depot. Most of Sierra Army Depot's operations involve disposal of obsolete or outdated munitions, leaving us with land units of:

91st Division (Training Support) – headquarters and various units.
104th Division (IT): 4th Bde CSS; 6th Bn PSS; 9th Bn PN/HS

Well the thing is I have nothing to base any deal off of. I have literally no way as OP to handle the mess you brought up. I have to consider a way to keep the thread balanced and still keep the world events plot while somehow coordinating a technology that's skeptical at best.
