Yesss.....Character development time ......I hope this is much acceptable now since I'm more or less bringing back the same char from the previous arcs into this one with a few changes of course.

Now to see whether I should make apps for The Saebyeog or not once this is accepted

Transcended Mage Physiology - As the 1st Sorcerer Supreme of the Universe, Abel is naturally the most powerful human being on Earth. His mastery and knowledge over magic and all the mystic arts are unmatched by any existing individual and are almost on par with that of the Elder Gods themselves. His speciality though, lies in his creation of the numerous Jutsu techniques (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu) all of which he has taught and passed down to even mere humans, who are capable of controlling their own chi/chakra within their bodies and forming hand seal sequences which channel/focus their energy and enable them to bend certain elements to their will and even summon mythical creatures to fight for them. This way of fighting has become really popular among common-place ninjas/shinobis, who can now utilise magic in many of their attacks once they are able to control the chi flow within themselves and unleash their power through various hand seals.

Dojutsu - With the use of his Sharingan, Abel utilises two abilities......the "Eye of Insight" and the "Eye of Hypnotism". The first is being able to see chakra/energy flow. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra/energy, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise or be aware of powerful illusions and different forms of superpowers. This also allows Abel to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. This ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. What makes Abel the most powerful Sharingan user in the world is probably the fact that he possess two pairs of Mangekyou Sharingan eye powers.......the normal and the eternal. Most users once they gain the eternal version would stick to using that version only but for Abel, he is capable of switching back and forth. The first pair (normal) allows him to utilise a Singularity Inducement technique called Kamui (right eye) & cast a deadly genjutsu or illusion known as Tsukuyomi on a targeted victim or victims (left eye) once he/she/they makes eye contact with him that is. The second pair (eternal) enables him to summon/control/create a gigantic spiritual humanoid guardian deity known as Susanoo (right eye) as well as to cast the ultimate mind-controlling genjutsu known as Kotoamatsukami and Spatiolock. But with all this comes an obvious disadvantage. Abel has evolved to the point that he is unable to deactivate his Sharingan at will. Thus he will have to obscure his line of vision with a mask/blindfold/sun-glasses in order to prevent any fatal accidents and unnecessary drainage of energy.

Quintekinesis/Senjutsu - The ability to manipulate the essence/energy of his own life....mentally, spiritually & physically.....in order to enhanced his body condition (super strength , speed & agility), heal himself and others, bend the elements (earth, wind, air, fire) to his will and/or create all variations of the Rasengan/Rasenshuriken, Chidori/Raikiri and Spiralling Ring powers. He can also draw in nature energy and blend it with his own chakra to increase his vitality.

Maximum Quintessential Control - Due to decades of delving and adapting to numerous magical abilities, Abel now has maintained a near unlimited supply of chakra/chi/mana.....almost as massive and powerful as the life energy of the Tailed Beasts themselves.

The Nine Rings of Awesomeness/The Jinchūriki of The Saebyeog - After capturing each & all of the Tailed Beasts during the 10 year interlude (it took 7 hard years for him to do so), Abel forged nine rings from the combined energy of Light and nature before instilling his own life-force in it to reinforce and complete the magical objects. After that, he sealed the tailed beasts away within 9 virgin girls making them the first Jinchuriki of Humanity and their involuntary heroines. As their souls and the spirits of the tailed beasts entwined together as one, Abel bound them to each of the Nine Rings of Awesomeness so that they will never have a chance of breaking free and causing mass destruction on the material place. Although he is always seen wearing the Nine Rings, Abel doesn't use them for battle purposes as it is too dangerous and risky. Nevertheless he knows that he will have to utilise the power of the Tailed Beasts in times of extreme emergency.

Short Bio: The 9 girls who had been forcefully sealed and fused together with a tailed beast. Although they are now the Jinchuriki of the Tailed Beasts and bound to Abel & his Nine Rings for life, all of them retain their own free will to do as they please and are still continuing their beautiful music careers regardless of the monsters dwelling in their bodies. They don't particularly hate the person who did this to them, but are of course still angry at him for doing it without their permission. Nevertheless, as Abel doesn't enforce any ruthless restrictions on them and is trying to make amends for his crime (e.g: paying for nearly all their wants and needs most of the time and protecting them from harm etc...) they can find it in their hearts to forgive him and become willing vessels/hosts for the evil spirits who have bonded with their souls. The Saebyeog are all being trained by The Sorcerer Supreme on how to control their massive powers as the essence of the Tailed Beasts are still able to leak out when any of the girls experience anger, frustration, depression and stress. In worst case scenarios, they themselves could be taken over by the demons inside them and would require Abel to perform the sealing jutsu all over again. Among the Tailed Beasts, The Kurama is of course the most strongest, thus Jessica is naturally Abel's favorite protege.........and the most annoying one as well.

Personality:
Abel has abandoned the immature and childish character he publicly exploited during the last arc. He now retains a serious, cool & calm attitude due to his numerous experiences and is now more matured and wise. He still retains his egoistical and idealistic ways though and has also become more cold, ruthless and ambiguously evil as shown when he killed several of his closest friends in order to obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan to further empower himself. Unlike his previous clumsy and day-dreamy personality, Abel is now more methodical, observant and sharp. Although he might appear to be really friendly, kind and generous, he is in fact rather apathetic to the lives of normal people and to their problems. His unpredictable ways makes him a very dangerous person even to his trusted comrades and allies. Abel can also be seen as a person who is bored of life. Thus, he loves tough challenges and battles, especially when he is up against opponents who are too over-confident in their abilities. One way or another, Abel will always have a trick up his sleeve that could somehow lead to his enemy's downfall. Due to his relationship with The Nine Jinchuriki of The Saebyeog, Abel behaves like their protector/caretaker & guardian angel, always keeping an eye out for them in order to prevent them from doing anything mischievous with their abilities. He might not show it, but he feels a tinge of guilt for forcing these innocent girls to bear such a heavy burden.

To prove that they might have made a wrong calling, Abel showed them his true potential by becoming strong and powerful enough to bear the rank and title of Sorcerer Supreme. During that time, he hid his true colours behind the mask of immaturity and childishness as he acted like some sort of arbiter between the forces of Good and the forces of Evil.

But the change came after the release of Pandora's Box and when he witnessed the death of his first apprentice and future successor, Ophelia Ravenhurst...a.k.a Lady Oz. That was 9 years ago and also the very first time he awakened his unknown Sharingan powers due to the trauma of losing a loved one. Ever since then, Abel began to concentrate his efforts in gaining more power due to his belief that once he attain Godhood, he could have a shot of actually changing the world and remaking it into a much better place.

The first step during is quest for power was of course his new Sharingan abilities. Within the span of 1 month, Abel managed to master all of its techniques and traits and uncover its weaknesses. His studied, learned, trained and with the required knowledge evolved its powers even further than what most Sharingan users usually have. Because of his unique heritage, his numerous traumatic experiences and his unearthly abilities, Abel was capable of attaining the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan without even having to take them from another person as is the case for all Sharingan users.

Long before he aquired the Sharingan, Abel had created the jutsu techniques which could enable a normal human being to bend certain elements to their will using the chi/chakra within them and focusing/channelling it out through various hand seals. Some exceptional ones with more control or energy within their bodies can even summon creatures from other dimensions to fight for them. Because this made ninjas and shinobis all over the world become the ultimate warriors they were meant to be, most of them revered The Sorcerer Supreme and gave him the title of The God of Shinobi. And I'm going to resist bitching about your character consistency throughout the series because every single time you make his app it always seems to be a totally different species. Last installment he was an Elder Being and now he's nothing of the sorts. See you've got me going again.

Erm.....actually I'm still quite new to this character development thingy as I've never been in one RP long enough to develop a char ......so if its not too much to ask I wouldn't mind recieving some tips/advice or pointers from any of you guys who are way more experienced.....

Well it's pretty simple. The thing is though you need to stay in an RP long enough to do it. Just go through a sequence of events that lead up to the thing that you want. For instance it took Oleg 2 installments to create the Quantum Suit. It then took quite a bit of the last installment for him to turn into a quantum being. Sometimes the character can change in between installments like Oleg (Little to anyone's knowledge) Has a dagger called the Quantum Blade which can destroy anything you stab with it.

Ah so all you have to do is just stay in the Rp for some time (or forever) and then make little changes to your char during each arc (age/powers/weapons and stuff like that).....okay got.

For me the only RP i've been in for sometime was CYOS and in each installment my chars were always sort of differant in their backstory and abilities. But as nobody actually corrected me during that time I though it would be alright then

Well it's pretty simple. The thing is though you need to stay in an RP long enough to do it. Just go through a sequence of events that lead up to the thing that you want. For instance it took Oleg 2 installments to create the Quantum Suit. It then took quite a bit of the last installment for him to turn into a quantum being. Sometimes the character can change in between installments like Oleg (Little to anyone's knowledge) Has a dagger called the Quantum Blade which can destroy anything you stab with it.

Ah so all you have to do is just stay in the Rp for some time (or forever) and then make little changes to your char during each arc (age/powers/weapons and stuff like that).....okay got.

For me the only RP i've been in for sometime was CYOS and in each installment my chars were always sort of differant in their backstory and abilities. But as nobody actually corrected me during that time I though it would be alright then

Just polished off watching Steins;Gate.
I enjoyed it a lot. I always do, with those mind-bending time-travel sorts.
Nice to see how he eventually creates a world line that allows him to save Mayuri, and with the help of Suzuha, he also manages to save Kirisu in the original world line, by creating that Steins Gate area thing, by tricking his past self into believing that she actually died so that events don't diverge too much. And at the end it seems that Kirisu remembers everything from the different world lines, just like him, and Mayuri. And they all live happily ever after, even if Ruka ends up remaining a guy rather than a girl, with that message that gets sent to the past somehow changing his gender, being undone. Not that he/she didn't look like a girl anyway...

Seems my critic has been delivered. //End-rant//

i know that,butElysia has developed an irrational fear, since she has been attackedalmost all her life since she got her soul. she cant hide as well among humans anymore, most monsters can sense what she is , even if they dont know what species she is.

Azathoth and Void existed before existence. They don't exist but they do at the same time. They are the king and queen of paradoxical and illogical stuff that shouldn't work but does. Were going to HAVE to go off the basis that both of them are allowing Kent to do what he's doing because they can knowing they could destroy Kent without even batting an eyelid without causing any disruption to any time that has passed. Why? Because they are infinitely powerful with no boundries. Logic doesn't tie in with them one bit.
