Updated the rosters accordingly. If you are seizing a racket that previously belonged to the Lost, Konigsburg, or the Death Riders, make a very detailed post about seizing it.

-The Death Riders were all but wiped out by the LSPD after a failed bank heist, and a failed rescue mission launched in order to rescue those captured in the robbery.
-Konigburg's creator pulled out of the RP due to being too behind.
-Various leaders in the Lost and numerous bikers were killed or arrested during a failed robbery of Club Noir.

PS4 because other than having a N64 back in that generation, Sony consoles have been my primary gaming system.
