I mix East and West up all the time when not properly thinking about it >.>
Thanks, you are of course right.

Her der, must have missed that.
I'm probably going to have the Empire-in-Exile do a lot of conquering in South Africa first, then do things with the NAU when the Africans get uppity in Central and North.
Unless you want to formalize something/make a mutual declaration of intent now, from a political standpoint?

Well there are two reasons:
1. India controls Nepal.![]()
2. Turkey is well connected.
3. In central banks of Indian federation there is 635.6 tonnes of gold (excluding Nepal's), which is worth $42,585,200,000. That is a fucking lot of money.

I'd like to start mobilizing for war now, aye.
Withdrawing from the Treaty of Copenhagen will allow me to develop chemical and other weapons for use during war, and President Reagan will be looking to uphold the principles of purity.
I think it's time the NAU expanded the Cooper Doctrine beyond their borders.

The Empire-in-Exile was never a signatory, for very valid reasons.
Excellent. Can't have them natives getting too populous can we now.

Anyway, I still want 635.6 tonnes of gold and Turkey is too strong.
So instead of trying to get an productive relationship that will give you money and a good friend you decided that the best course of action was to start an war that would be extremely bloody, costly, long and risking to lose the war or end up occupying an sub-continent that would completely hate you....

Well, who would you have me invade then? India is nearest nation that is worth invading (due to gold reserves) and isn't well connected enough to start WW3.Glasgia wrote:Not sure whether I'm really bothered to aid you now... Want some more weapons? Maybe I can build a few ships for you, or loan mine out?
Same old deal but instead of you actually assisting, just loan me a smallish fleet to protect the troops and cities?

Mishmahig wrote:The Cooper doctrine calls for the systematic lowering of population growth per annum through various means (mostly forced sterilization, usually of women, now of men as well), the imprisonment of undesirables in various ghettos and camps, and their use as essentially slave labor.
Basically, the population is steadily lowered until it plateaus, leaving a well-controlled, illiterate, uneducated, population of slaves to be used on any and all construction projects. It's like a slave version of the CCC.

Because its a "hot war gone wrong RP" and being at peace in MT RP's is boring?Epraria wrote:You might not even win it and even if you win you will have to deal with a bit under 700 million angry Indians.
Who really cares about them? We take the gold, segregate into districts and deploy ISF.Epraria wrote:You seem awfully sure that you will win and overconfidence isn't a good thing....
Navy is achilles heel for the republic's armed forces. Which means, as soon as we have some assistance in navy, we are very likely to win especially since we are evenly matched on numbers.
