Her der, must have missed that.

I'm probably going to have the Empire-in-Exile do a lot of conquering in South Africa first, then do things with the NAU when the Africans get uppity in Central and North.

Unless you want to formalize something/make a mutual declaration of intent now, from a political standpoint?

I'd like to start mobilizing for war now, aye.

Withdrawing from the Treaty of Copenhagen will allow me to develop chemical and other weapons for use during war, and President Reagan will be looking to uphold the principles of purity.

I think it's time the NAU expanded the Cooper Doctrine beyond their borders.

Well there are two reasons:
1. India controls Nepal. >:(
2. Turkey is well connected.
3. In central banks of Indian federation there is 635.6 tonnes of gold (excluding Nepal's), which is worth $42,585,200,000. That is a fucking lot of money.

The Cooper doctrine calls for the systematic lowering of population growth per annum through various means (mostly forced sterilization, usually of women, now of men as well), the imprisonment of undesirables in various ghettos and camps, and their use as essentially slave labor.

Basically, the population is steadily lowered until it plateaus, leaving a well-controlled, illiterate, uneducated, population of slaves to be used on any and all construction projects. It's like a slave version of the CCC.

Well, who would you have me invade then? India is nearest nation that is worth invading (due to gold reserves) and isn't well connected enough to start WW3.

Same old deal but instead of you actually assisting, just loan me a smallish fleet to protect the troops and cities? I will pay 75% of the damage costs using gold.

A perfectly sensible decision. Sterilization will be used to a great extent in newly-subjugated territories, to encourage the population to trend towards more desirable ethnic groups that can integrate more readily into the Empire. That said, it won't be explicitly stated as such, with random abductions at night and anesthetized treatment being the norm.

Also, I have some tasty biological strains up my sleeve that should be fun for such purposes. Let's just say that bearers of certain genetic fingerprints may find viruses that eliminate the ability to reproduce prevalent in their communities. After all, 8% of all genetic variation occurs in large group ethnics. Identifying that variation and developing viral vectors capable of distinguishing tastes is simple a matter of effort, not science.

Navy is achilles heel for the republic's armed forces. Which means, as soon as we have some assistance in navy, we are very likely to win especially since we are evenly matched on numbers.

First 700 million rebelling Indians are not something you would want and they would rebel and you seem to think that my army and air froce is weak which is really laughable. I can easily recruit more men to bolster my numbers and even then you will have to pass through very heavyely defended areas that will make you take horrible casualties. You can't just start a war and say from the start that you will win with no problems.
