Ya know, if there weren't already events planed, I would totes suggest that the apartment dwellers stage a Christmas play, with Nativity scenes and Christmas stories and what-not, as a cool way for the characters to mingle and work out stuff. Not adventurous or exciting, but still, I find the concept sort of cool.

Oh well.

It's an interesting idea. Who would you get to play what roles for the Nativity scenes?

Trust me, that the features under the goggles are anything but normal. Not grotesque nor rare, but not exactly normal either.

As a heads-up, this person (I have my own terms) reported my thread for too much supposed OOC stuff. The OP of this report originally contained snippets of a post by me linking to a nice and fun article to cheer folks up, but this person read my OOC and decided to report it out of spite, I suppose.

In any case, it forced the mods to comment.

Hey folks - a friendly heads up. This, in spite of common misconceptions, is not a chat thread. OOC threads are designed to discuss OOC topics surrounding an IC thread. Not to post links to unrelated topics, not to catch up on the latest gossip. Not to fill up with pointless commentary.

Discussion of thread, working out of disagreements etc, planning, tactics, clarification, what have you. For all the rest, there are telegrams, F7 location threads, and TET. Feel free to spread that reminder around, as it seems plenty of players have been forgetting it. Thanks.

While this will all blow over soon (and Nathi even admits in the Moderation thread that the mods don't strictly enforce this at all), it may be good to lay low for a few days about casual conversations in P2TM OOC threads.

I picked up a copy of Abnett's Ravenor Omnibus a few months ago but haven't had time to read it. I'd thought about using some of the ideas for an Inquisitor character here. Then again, I haven't read Brothers of the Snake yet, and that was a Christmas prezzie. We'll see. I honestly don't know enough about the Imperium to spoof it. I avoid playing it in 40K RP for that reason. It would be a funny element to bring into PL, but I need a solid player who knows his stuff and doesn't mind playing a parody. Also, the Emperor is off limits because of Siduer (who is the Emperor.)
