OK, let's see here. Looking at all the factors...

Dora
-Physical injuries.
-Doesn't need Jacob's help, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't enjoy his company while she's in clinic.

Yoshi
-PTSD
-May or may not need Jacob's help, as Katya is there. Does Yoshi consider Katya's presence enough? Will he think Jacob is intruding? (Probably not, but still.) Will he open up more about his actual death scene while Katya and possibly Jacob are there?

Jacob
-Is he more of a traditionalist/romantic? Ladies first, etc.? Or does he go for friends first, everyone else second?

Misc Game Details (Mechanics, Other Chars)
-Clinic. Scene shouldn't extend too far, per Swith's request. This is also why I haven't had Dora reply to Rylli. Furthermore there's potential interaction and opportunity for developing Dora/Jacob/Ogoti, when Ceril gets online.
-Wherever Yoshi and Katya are. It'd give NA, Cliff, and Torsi something to do right now, since they're all online and the scene isn't frozen. It could throw off Yoshi and Katya developing as a couple, but it could also give opportunity for character development among Yoshi, Katya, and Jacob, as detailed above.

It's not much, but that's the first few things I think of, off the top of my head. Or even, the scene could be run as Jacob wondering about what to do, Dora saying she wouldn't mind if he left, and then him going to Yoshi and Katya, if that's all right with everybody. Anything goes.

He's very loyal to his friends, and... well, he would want to help Yoshi since his friend's been through a lot.

meh.... Well, I think I would prefer if he stayed with Dora, but his personality would make him very conflicted on who to help out first....

Character Powers/Special Abilities (if any): Virgo is able to absorb luck from others and yet, able to bestow others luck. Technically being both a luck theft and a living luck charm may sound ironic, but that is what Virgo is. The most common effect shown is to either cause a person to lose a considerable sum of money in a gambling facility or evading the falling bird poop from above.

Character Weaknesses/Flaws: Virgo often keeps her dissatisfaction of others to herself, often appearing as a forgiving young lady. However, her displeasure of others will slowly build up. When her tolerance level had reached the limit, any further provocation will cause she to explode, leading to a "sudden" outburst of anger.

Character Background: Born into a wealthy family, Virgo has always lived a pampered life. As expected since there is no such thing as a free lunch in this world, her parents always had high expectations of her. She had to undergo massive tuitions to increase her knowledge and understanding in academic subjects. After years of hardwork and some luck splashed here and there, she graduated from a reputable university at the young age of 16. Now, Virgo decided that she should a break from all the stress she had accumulated throughout her education journey and travelled to Bielefield where she had rented a comfortable apartment in The Building situated in 42nd Subabsurdus Street, Bielefeld.

IMPORTANT:

She mostly keeps her feelings to herself and would rarely express her personal opinions on any particular thing. Also, Lady Luck is smiling upon her.

Approved. I'll add it the tabs. The best way to enter the story at this point is to have a cab take her to the building, lobby. It would have taken a long highway and then gone through some residential streets because the main street (Market Street) just experienced a bomb. Nearly everyone is standing in the lobby. The rest of the area is pitch dark and without power. The building, however... is alive and provides it's own power.

The outside of the building and the lobby are whatever your character envisions as being "the perfect place". There are fixtures which are always present: a bench, an old-fashioned (1940's era) phone booth, a reception desk, a slot on the wall for rent payments, comfortable chairs, and a flight of stairs that leads up to the main floor (1st floor) where the communal kitchen, dining room and rec room are. The lobby contains several doors other than the main entrance. One is market Bomb Shelter (leads down to a private apartment), one is marked Chaos Quarters (leads down to private quarters), one is an access door for the maintenance areas, and one is marked Clinic.

There still should be characters in the lobby who can get a lease application for your character and give her a key to her apartment. The key is what transforms the character's apartment into whatever she most desires.

NA... for Jacob? Don't let infatuation get the better of your characters. We're chin thick in relationships right now, and relationship drama is pulling characters out of circulation.

As a player, this is what I suggest: let Jacob develop. He can't go the way of Albert. Unless he's just looking to get laid that night, or if you're having the indecision be because of jealousy. That's advice for the character.

Dora appears fine except for some glass. Rylli looks miserable and is in pain. Jacob could comfort Rylli or he could go to his friend who is emotionally crumbling.

Cer asked Gio to comfort Yoshi. His character saw where Gio was having a weak moment, and he's trying to get her to refocus. Yoshi had called out to her before when he died. It makes sense. Urran and Torsi, please don't write Gio out of that scene for sake of drama. This is a character development moment for all three (Yoshi has a chance to overcome, Gio has a chance to expand her experiences in dealing with hardship and grief, and Katya has a chance to not only interact with Gio and Jacob, but also because she was strong in the bar (crying privately) and can be a solid source of strength to both characters.) Jacob, too, can contribute to the strength. He's friendly with both Gio and Yoshi so his added comfort would take half the burden from Katya.

I'm assuming the same sort of thing should work for them....

The indecision is partially because he wants to help Yoshi, but he doesn't want to get between him and Katya, honestly, or be rude by interrupting. So he'll talk with Rylli and Dora to help them instead.... plus, if Gio, JAcob and Katya help Yoshi, it might overwhelm Urran. I don't want that to happen cause he's still learning to rp

I have trouble developing Jacob because his interests are things that generally have him secluded, like reading and learning about things. He's interested in Dora(as a secondary reason) because she's from ancient Greece, so she can tell him about it possibly. Much of the history from that far back was lost in his universe, and he's always been very curious what the world was like in his universe before Rome dominated it.

Albert's different because many of his interests involve violence and fighting, and there's not many opportunities for him to do that separately from Ray..... I might have him decide to accept the city's offer to help, but I'm still wondering if its technically getting help from a foreign government seeing as he's a personification. but if that's not an issue, I'd like him to be able to help out in the city, because then he could get out more.... and I just remembered that island thing for characters that have violent tendency or interests but I can't really remember many other details besides that.
