Docking warships is fine, I think, as long as it's through channels. Have the Urranese government talk to Bielefeld's SecDef (or equivalent title). Like a port visit, or for joint exercises. Anything else is probably going to be taken for an act of war.

If Swith or Cer or Bones say anything different, listen to them.

Red, please don't godmod in an unfamiliar setting. We actually have a procedure we use to bring new characters in which allows the player to learn a bit about his surroundings. There isn't any receptionist at the desk, and your character would most likely be several floors up. That's why Cer asked Tilt to help out.

Or we could make a dramatic PL Noire film. You could be the romantic damsel with a .38, Bones could....um, well, he has to be the lead. Otherwise, he might take me out into the alley and knock it out of me. Cer, if not the lead, would be the police lieutenant (and, if we did a 70's film, he would call Bones a loose cannon).
