You don't really need to sneak. You can just ask the border guards to let you in and out. They are only there to keep the city from being over run by Supernaturals and Marauders.

So I can just walk out and no one would care?
And sense I was infected and turned lycanthrope for a few hours will Supernaturals be hostile to me?

Not really. Its mostly conversations between player characters. So far no story progression has been made besides fighting werewolves and chemistry class.

I punched a werewolf in the mouth so hard its teeth cut three inches into my arm, I don't think a supernatural girl on her period could do much worse to be honest with you, plus I have guns and weapons hid all over my person.
