Military Info (Optional): When the Romans arrived on the East Coast, they brought with them much technology. The Romans gave the Inuit much technology, such as modern military tech, and such, in order to fight against the Mongols. However, the Inuit did not fight the Mongols. In fact, they played the Romans and Mongols against each other, therefore getting both their technology and support.

Religion: Shamanist Inuit Animism
Capital city: Iqaluit
National History: When the Romans arrived on the East Coast, the Inuit people were confused. They had heard stories of lands to the East, but they had never believed them. After conversing with the Romans, using sign language and eventually Latin, the Inuits managed to convince them to give them technology, both military and social. The Romans, believing they had earned an ally against the Mongols, were thrilled. The Inuit, however, also met the Mongols, and did the same thing which they had done to the Romans. After this, when the two powers went to war, the Inuits united under one banner, and formed the Great White North, or the Inuit Federation. The Inuits advanced south, following the destruction caused by the Romans and Mongols, and eventually had a small nation under them. Soon enough, the Great White North had become a power in North America.
After the unification of the tribes, they began to settle down in cities, such as the Romans and Mongols had done, and life improved drastically. The city of Iqaluit was formed in Nunavut, and was declared the capital. The various tribes in the Federation still held certain autonomy, sending representatives to Iqaluit to take part in something similar to a lower house. Not long after, the Prime Shaman was announced head of the Inuit faith, and the head of the Government title was transfered from the High Chieftain, whom was now merely a constitutional monarch, to the Supreme Councilor. The Inuit Federation was now somewhat comparable to the Western Nations around it, and were capable of holding their ground.

Well, Vehemia did say 1 and 2 pages ago that you no longer claim that land. Do you?
edit: with all that talk of uniforms, I thought I'd do a little sketch again. I'm still unsure how 1500s Helvetian troops would look like, but here's a glance at the Gallo-Roman heavy auxiliary from 2 centuries past, in this enhanced sketch.

The Parts of North America I own. Basically everything north of California in the purple zone on this map, I think (+whats left of Canada and Alaska). But I am unsure on my actual claims, so meh. Plus higher life expectancy for Native Americans + Inuits do to more tech and increased knowledge in, well everything.
But there is a reason I put a question mark next to it...
