Results may vary, because I already know how Dr.Graham would break her. Though, I think you already decided she was OP so this conversation is probably pointless :\

Now I'm curious.

And Tiste Longa are basically angels. So I doubt CSS would let her in.

And yes she is op, as he put two fingers on the forehead power can knock out any mortal, and I think it could also knock out Cedric.

If not she'll just call the Purifiers, which have weapons that have two settings.

A normal Railgun.

or and shot that can can disintegrate even Cedrics armor.

They almost never use the disintegrate option.

Ahem, unless I'm mistaken such a knock out touch should require physical contact, and touching Cedric's armor isn't toughing his head. And if he can touch a piece of armor and knock someone out, well that's stupid.

Why wouldn't they use the disintegrate? "Lets see, we could use a railgun, or the OP BS disintigration option and just decimate anything. I choose the railgun."

Cause the Tiste Longa are kind of like Multiverse police. Do you want to disintegrate the person your trying to arrest, and make it impossible for you resurrect him/her. Or just shot his leg off with a railgun?

That and the purifiers only come in when Hrova has awaking..

Hmmm....On one hand she fought in a war that cost a few million TIste Longa and Hora lives, on the other, she is sixteen.

Depends on how well she knows her.

She is shy, frightened, traumatised, and separated from all of her friends. She also has a history of crying at the sight of blood from a tragic accident that killed her father. She'd break if that happens.

I think having him cameo would be rather funny. Maybe in Charleston.

I've thought about adding his niece as a superhero, but currently in this world she is 11 or 12.

Roy G. Biv (named after the color spectrum of visible light) was a villain in one of the arcs. He used lights and illusions to brainwash and control people to work for them. At the end of the arc, his weapon was turned against him and in turn he was scared into retirement. We were talking about if he could possibly make an appearance possibly.
