Personality:Caring for Ollie, is kind of like a dog.
History:Ka'kul history before the nukes fell is unknown, through he was probably some mental handicapped person, judging by his loyal to anyone personality. Ka'kul is really only loyal for Ollie,who taught him not to kill fluffy animals on sight. He goes everywhere with Ollie,no not to the bathroom. Ollie is Ka'kul sort of protector,through that will be reverse some times.Ollie and Ka'kul are inseparable,and kind of best friends. Family.
Powers (Be reasonable):Not affected by natural heat or cold.
Immune to radiation.
Limber.
Good climber.
Master builder and mechanic.
Robotic left arm, right hand, and right leg.
Require less food and water than normal humans.
Animal instincts.
Has a good sense of smell.
Drawbacks (You MUST have some):Easy to scare
Paranoid
Weak physically. A person of the same height and build can somewhat easily overpower him
Metal limb bonuses aren't that drastic.
Metal body parts require constant maintenance and can more often than not be a hindrance.
Can't bear to be seen by humans with his mask off. (A Mutan would literally kill itself if its mask is taken from it due to it not being able to handle the shame.)
Hates fire.
Strongly fears/hates magic and abilities that look like magic.
