Appearance (Suited and Unsuited): his mechanical parts are much better than most since the are made by Garrick, it's unsure how it was done but his mask has been wielded directly onto his skull. His complete right arm has been replaced with a mechanical version, which has several useful things built in such as a compact low rate pulse rifle (he haggled this off of Garrick for a lot of stuff). His mask has several useful appliances inluding scoping multi-vision. His legs are about two thirds mechanics one third bone and are surprisingly powerful concidering the speed he goes at on average. And the Mechadendrite on his shoulder has several implements for metalworking. Also he likes wearing what was supposed to be a Santa Claus suit bathrobe, now it is his favorite garment.

Personality: very very skittish there are very few which he will trust one being Garrick who he has done lots of trading with in the last few months, and only becuase Garrick is in his armor suir when this happens.
Powers (Be reasonable): mutant natural abilties, mask
Drawbacks (You MUST have some): mutant draw backs and also the low rate pulse rifle only holds three shots before it needs replacing, and only the basic systems are powered 100% off of his bio-energy the other ones need a power source usually the batteries he has on himself are just fine but extended uss can require more.
Any additional information: has a very large home/truck that he travels in, imagine a jawa sand treader downsized allot (found a very large dump truck which he converted it is solar powered now and moves very slow depending on how much sunlight there is).
