BTW, seeing wile Jade does use the people for her experiments, in the end she did keep bandits, criminals in general out of the town, so the outer parts can be wastelandish, Daniel Island is completely destroyed as i said repeatedly both in the IC as my app, but the central part of the city should be doing better than most places are now, the onlythin really going on there are the people 'mysteriously' disapearing and reapearing unharmed, in fact often even a bit stronger because they have been upgraded with cybernetics but completely unaware of it seeing all victims received a chip implanted in their brain to delete the memories of being at Violet's lab.

The mysterious disappearance and reappearance would send horror stories around in the Mutan communities. To Reggie, it'll still be a bad town.

It is a good idea, and a good setup on her part. I'm not saying it isn't, so you know. Reggie's just afraid of everything, even the smallest strange thing would freak him out.

I've checked (and probably put the wrong cities in there), and the distance between Charleston and Atlanta is a little upwards of 300 miles. By foot, that's a long time. I'd be cool with a week timeskip.
