Not necessarily true, since Portugal doesn't have a player, there's Angola and Mozambique, and Italy could launch the settlement of the interior too.

The technology for settlements into the interior of Africa doesn't exist yet.

I don't think Sparta can be taken, thanks to Uni's taking the Ottomans. As for Algeria, it's a French territory I believe.

Damn french. Had it not been for them I would have had been able to colonize algeria. I guess Mauritania have to be good enough.

As for China's goals.

1) To prevent the fall of the Qing dynasty
2) To build that damned canal
3) If attacked by Japan, to weaken Japan by first invading its colonies. *cough* Indochina and a bit of Burma and Malaya *cough*
4) Get allies on our side in aforementioned war
5) Modernize China further
6) Keep our influence and/or expand it
7) Go deeper into Africa
8) Reduce opium addiction

As for Guyane's goals.

1) To not see the rest of the world descend into war
2) Make money to improve things and modernize
3) Keep the culture that was made because of the French Revolution
4) Be the Switzerland of the West

On the map can I please have the modern day region of savoy and the county of nice be in Italian colors as the French never gained those territory's in this TL.

It wouldn't really change anything. It would just make me feel better for my Italy even though its larger than in RL.

for Africa, the Ottomans are going to expand into the rest of the Sudan, while Japan gets a slight bit of economic influence (Siam-color) in Southeastern Ethiopia.

Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Graz, and Laibach will all be under German control following the war's conclusion.
Hungary will be a Germano-Italo-Ottoman puppet.

I know. Agram and Zara are both in Croatia and the capture of Innsbruck, Klagenfurt and Graz will just to end the war quicker and I'm still unsure if I should march towards Budapest or vienna if I take Graz and Laibach is in Slovenia which is supposed to be given to me after the war.
