Okay, what about a territorial dispute over that region (we claim it as part of Guyane but we do not actually control any part of it, while you claim and administer Amapa)?

I'm seriously considering letting Shrill run British North America next RP while I play Germany, the Confederacy, and Quebec, and possibly another nation, a more minor one. Not sure what it would be- maybe a Thailand that basically just serves as Japan's little servant/is secretly trying to break free of being puppeted by foreign powers, or a Morocco fighting against colonization, or possibly a Transcaucasian "republic" that broke free from Russia and controls Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the Russian Caucasian provinces.

If I was to start one of these, it would probably be started officially now so it has a backstory in time for the next RP.
