No, Souris was fought to the death, and all the British troops on the Island were part of it.
And the British will send forces to Texas in a few weeks, but it won't end well.

Nevermind then.
I'm thinking that the British land and defeat a CS army at Goliad; then split up, the majority heading to Gonzales with a minority heading for San Antonio de Bejar(San Antonio). The first battle of San Antonio is a British loss; a stalemate is forced at Gonzales and the two armies unite south of San Antonio for the Battle of the Alamo, followed by a CS retreat to San Jacinto, where a final decisive victory occurs.

I like it. Make sure you know who you want to sacrifice at the Alamo.

We're nowhere near the end. The British have a lot of nations to crush, even if they don't take them all. Right now our force is north of modern-day Corner Brook, NL, and the British are suffering from Cholera.
