As for my last post, China will most likely not act on the recommendations of that essay and instead, I may have Li Xiangong executed for identity fraud of a doctor. Doesn't mean that it won't result in rioting in major cities where Japanese congregate in China, or potentially inspire Hitler.

Yes. Main difference is that von Licht's book will not include WW2.

Johann von Krosgik of the rightist National Worker's Party will be elected Chancellor in the late 1940s. That's as close as we'll get.

Hitler will also make propaganda posters for the German government from time-to-time.

Yes. Pretty much universally. It will most likely be legalized in the CSA and it's allies in the 1890s, and in Germany during a push for less restrictions on speech during the late 1900s.
