I'd recommend going for Bolivarian. Bolivar is to South America what Washington is to the US, IRL and in the RP. The Confederates adore Simon Bolivar much as they adore Washington.

Thus, I will not consider Arabia under Andalusian control, and I will see Spain as a Christian nation, not an Islamic nations. The Moorish nation in Mexico, I kind of see as fine since Moors probably may be deported there when the Spaniards expelled the Moors a few decades after the fall of Grenada. Portugal would be confined to Portugal, the Azores and the Madeiras, meaning Brazil is sovereign.
