Ok let me explain what my scenario is then. France manages to decisively wins the Franco-Prussian war and takes control of parts of the Rhineland. This victory not only makes France remain an empire but also makes France the dominant land power in Europe and a rising industrial giant similar in a way to Germany in RL. This has several effects.
1: France is the Dominant military powerhouse in the entire world and is a quickly rising naval and industrial powerhouse.
2: Germany is still not unified with the closest thing to a united Germany being the North German confederation.
3: new alliances have been forged. Similar but still different to those in RL.

Also, France probably remains the most influential model for an army in the world.

I don't think this is possible, Germans had superior military tactics, weaponry, and mobilised waaay faster than the French could ever dream of.
