Hello LAVMEO. I have decided to start an off-forum longterm RP, one in which each player takes control of a politician in a fictional parliament in a fictional nation of our choosing. I think such a thing could have great potential if done correctly and with enough support. Anyone who is remotely interested can make an account on the forum I created, please have your username the same/very similar to your NS name. I hope this idea can get started and we can have fun with this :)

This is already happening on the NS Forums. It's called the NSG Senate and it's been going strong since mid-April. It also thought about going off site, but it determined that the RP would die too quickly if it wasn't connected to NS.

Ok let me explain what my scenario is then. France manages to decisively wins the Franco-Prussian war and takes control of parts of the Rhineland. This victory not only makes France remain an empire but also makes France the dominant land power in Europe and a rising industrial giant similar in a way to Germany in RL. This has several effects.
1: France is the Dominant military land power in the entire world and is a quickly rising naval and industrial powerhouse.
2: Germany is still not unified with the closest thing to a united Germany being the North German confederation.
3: new alliances have been forged. Similar but still different to those in RL.

Also, France probably remains the most influential model for an army in the world.

Doesn't matter they still have one humongous disadvantage.
