Cryptonius wrote:Name: Rolfe Deloray
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Specialization: Infiltrator
Appearance: Light build, bright green eyes, and rather subtle, angular features. Muted black hair reaching just above his shoulders that Rolfe only rarely grooms properly. Generally, he will make use of medium Predator VIII armor when in combat situations.
Personality: On the surface, Rolfe appears to be a well-adjusted individual. He is courteous to those around him, quite sociable, and generally quite kind. However, beneath the surface Rolfe is driven by his desire for subtle thrills, often acquired by causing suffering in those he is not familiar with. Though he appreciates the profit he turns from selling illicit substances, he enjoys the idea of his drugs eventually causing decay in their users. Lying, some theft, and general dishonesty give him a similar sensation of thrill, though not as strong.
Home World: New Canton
Affiliation: Independent
Short Bio: Rolfe was born to a large family in one of the many colonies of New Canton. Old enough to be assumed responsible on his own, and young enough to not be expected to take care of his younger siblings, Rolfe was often left to his own devices as a child. In this time, he found enjoyment in three things: petty theft, lying, and tinkering with broken devices that he took from dumpsters. As soon as he could, Rolfe bought a ticket and headed to Illium, hoping to find work at a shop specializing in small appliances. He was eventually employed by a fair, though ornery turian, and worked at his shop for several years. Over these years, he would sometimes slightly modify certain items so that they might break down in a heated gunfight, or even overheat to the point of combustion while in the user's hands. These modifications were just infrequent enough that the connection between those flawed products and Rolfe was not made.
After years of working at the shop though, Rolfe told his employer that he was done there, and promptly left. He had been approached by a human calling himself Alfred offering to supply him with drugs in exchange for a substantial cut of the profits. Rolfe might not have accepted the offer as it was, but the deal also included a (painfully outdated) Alliance frigate which Alfred claimed that he would be able to acquire from certain sources. The only condition was that Rolfe pay for a third of the ship. With money that he had inadvertently been saving, Rolfe was able to pay this sum, and has been selling various illegal substances for several years now. Rolfe currently has hopes to begin buying supplies independently, but has so far been unable to as a result of Alfred demanding compensation for his services.
Weapons: A M-92 Mantis, and a M-6 Carnifex
Ship: Kail Ragtag
Ship Crew Number: A total of fifteen people.
Five humans, two salarians, and one asari doing a variety of relatively small, but necessary jobs around the ship.
Two turians and one salarian who mainly work in engineering

Rolfe himself.
One asari commando called Cerri whom is a hired mercenary specializing in biotics.
One krogan called Toreg whom is a hired mercenary.
One human called Lugus whom is a hired mercenary specializing in weaponry of all kinds.
Ship Class: Light frigate
Ship Model: Originally, it was an already outdated Alliance frigate, but over time, and with a huge amount of modifications (not all for the better, ultimately) the craft no longer closely resembles any specific type of frigate.
Ship Armament: Multiple GARDIAN anti-missile and anti-fighter laser turrets of varying models, placed around the hull, and kinetic barriers.
Ship Markings or Sigil: None
Other Notable Ship Features: None that come to mind.

You're obviously accepted, although, if you want too, you need to decide which race you'd like to represent in the Council.

Would I be able to claim the Quarians on the council? But also could we have the Geth trying to get their own seat on the council? (Doesn't matter whether they get on or not, I just think they should want it)

Rightful Revolution wrote:So if everyone agrees to the plot change, I'll have the OOC up later today.
Further background Info:
-Takes places 40 years ME3
-The Citadel is currently in orbit around Earth, still undergoing repairs
-The Council has been revised, following an uproar from several species that due to the events of the Reaper war, more species deserve representation. Humans, Turians, Salarians, Asari, Volus, Elcor, Hanar, and Quarians are now all Council species.
-The Krogan have repopulated peacefully, and have managed to colonize, albeit on a small scale, several other worlds.
-Quarians on Rannoch
-Batarians, after having the Hegemony destroyed by the Reapers, have fractured into several states: some Democratic, some not.
-Small pockets of the Geth survived, although due to the Geth's new sentient nature, replicating themselves has proven difficult, and they remain in population similar to the Quarians.
-Rachni have survived, but remain isolated.
-Raloi are unknown to have survived
-Omega in tact
-Vorcha still out'n'about
I also think it'd be cool that every player be given control of a Council member, given the Council has expanded so much.

It's an alternate Destroy ending.
Everyone is accepted, even though Digel your math doesn't add up
Callum, I will allow you to be a Geth lobbyist, but it's up to you to secure a vote from the rest of us.
