The emotional aspect isn't godly extreme either, the feelings aren't always in a romantic way, rather she can make you love her as a sibling or something of the like, and if she's caught using her powers for selfish reasons which she can't justify (Like she delibrately touched someone) she would be in a great amount of trouble since she has been sent to Sylvan Academy to 'reform'. Also, if you touch her, her powers will come into play. She can't exactly control them just yet. But if you have a strong enough will you can resist her, and her power fades on the person after a while. If you have touched her you can get her power taken off you, but it takes ritual to do that. She can't perform her ability unless she is touching, so she can't incant a spell or anything like that. She's just human if you don't touch her.

In this case, I don't have the power, but this is sadly what everyone that has a emotion-effecting ability says, having Mila as the only memorable example, she said this too but ended up chasing me around the campus saying that she wants to play with me on Blaire, we had a guy who said that he would be able to communicate to us trough our minds in "Serious Occasions" and he tried to tell us all, "Yo, what's up people?" as he entered his first class, and we had a person who is supposed to manipulate our dreams, and he tried to make Blaire dream of eating biscuits, charming men *cough cough* and english tea.

Even though it's bad to judge you according to the others, it's usually not worth the risk, therefore I propose that we put your character on a little "Trial" to see can you really put up with using that power without getting everyone pissed.
