NS Hetalia: A dawn of a new era(IC)

Within time the steam powered ship arrived at the docks in Oaledonia carrying it's important passenger and a handful of other individuals. When said ship was anchored and ready a single girl stepped off the ship. After taking a quick glance at her surroundings the girl who was Izumi began to approach Kaiya. When Izumi was in front of Kaiya she smiled and gave her a casual bow.

"Konbanwa Imouto," she said to her.

Kaiya returned the casual bow, "Anata ni onaji, ane" she said in return. Behind Kaiya stood Kyoto, who was also bowing at the moment. She quickly recovered as Kaiya did and stood shyly in the backdrop of the city. The entire spectacle was not too unknown to the Oaledonians.

Lance too had been present for the meeting--when Kaiya had told him of a sister, a reunion of a sort, he had been rather intrigued, as he did not know much of her family beyond the city of Kyoto. He was quite obviously out of place amongst the nations of Japanese culture, but he followed in kind the traditional bow of greeting, having changed into a far more ornate set of robes for the meeting, remaining silent and letting the sisters speak.

He goes into the cellar and brings back to bottles, Champagne and Vodka. However he grabs an already opened Champagne, slipping high doses of poison in it. He came back and poured the separate drinks, Virgil taking his Vodka. "Was there no new Champagne for the lady? Very well." He nodded to her and sipped the Vodka.

Hannibal, being a troll, was also arriving in Kyoto. He however watched the meeting go down via RIC squad with him and binoculars on a roof.

Oh, and if you aren't speaking to the Fuhrer, say 'Herr Virgil'. If you ARE speaking, god forbid, to the Fuhrer, say 'Heil Mein Fuhrer' and stare forward." He rubs her hair and holds out an SS uniform on a hanger. "Understood? Good. I will be in the other room, two female soldiers will stay here and guard you as you dress." He walks off, his entire demeanor changing. He seems...Happy.

scene cuts to Aulia who stabbed a spear into the "heart" Celebe's new island. "hmm... usually that would bring her running" she says, a strange girl in a red cloak standing behind her.

Virgil busts in and grabs her, finishing the clothong process. "Her land is being attacked, get her a trench coat and we need to move." They throw a large coat around her to cover her uniform and put her on a mini jet, eight RIC agents with her. Under the trenchcoats they have type 97's, Weigmeisters, Stun grenades, and Combat Knives. They head towards the personification/country's house.
