The Eaglleian Intelligence agency is created to produce information for the nation. Also, Eaglleia has recently successfully tested anti-satellite missiles, and half-global range ICBM's are in development.

The OAF drops it's battleship count to that of just ten, cruisers and destroyers are the next thing for modern navel tactics. Oaledonia invents the F-22, a new series of stealth fighter designed to screw the Su-27.

The Su-37, a fighter equal to the F-22, is released so that the Oaledonian and Eaglleian forces are mostly balanced. New ICBM's have full obtained global range. Special Operations units and teams are assigned. Two ground breaking inventions, unrelated to military works, is made in Eaglleia. Firstly, personal computers for public use, and secondly, developed from the intranet, and rapidly growing in Eaglleia but available globally, is the internet. Eaglleia makes a vast fortune from these inventions, along side other growing industries. Another new invention is the cellphone, which is also exceptionally successful. Eagleton DV alone now contains a population of near 40 million people, and is a bustling metropolis.

The sauritican national intelligence agency gets a load of KGB type technology, and the ICBM design is declared a success, and the rocket to space enters prototyping, meanwhile the country begins building aircraft carriers, and builds more destroyers, also the AK-67 (the AK-47, but built in a different year) begins development

Oaledonia quickly follows suite with the internet, while having the edge with stealth tech cuz the SU-37 is not a generation 5 aircraft. The OAF's new air-dropable tanks and advance paratrooper training ensures that the OAF can deploy en masse to trouble spots around the world. the items on the satellites are reviled to be ICBMs, making Oaledonia the first to use space in the next generation of warfare. For the internet, Oaledonia makes use of microfiber filaments to increase the speed of the Eaglleianarians poor design. Oaledonian starts making satellites available to the public, making it the first in satellite communications. While at the same time making portable PCs called "laptops"

The television has grown fast, after many many tv stations, half of which are state owned, are added, over 57% of sauriticanites have one in their house, meanwhile PCs and laptops are imported and begin growing steadily in use, especially after the internet if introduced
