They send tanks groups through the city, the big metal tracks running over civilians. The cut all power, water, and emergency EVERYTHING. Before they get to the part of the city Lia is in bombers drop payloads on that half, hitting anything. The massive Germanic army, with every kind of technology available, now swells to 97,000.
