Explanation: Elinian Pups don't have the mental ability to learn how to speak normal till they're 5 years old, which is also the time they stop being classified as "Pups" and start being classified as "Children". Till they are 5 they speak like wolves, which is easier for them, and is still understandable by older Elinians.

Josef walked outside and greeted Tovi. "Ahoj! Are you alright, stranger?", he said to the man.

The soldiers then fire into workers as well.
