While saur continues his planning, and Lucifer is heading towards the beach, Mexico continues his torture of the terrorist, "Alright, I could use one of these tools to break your arm, but what's the fun in that?" so Mexico grabs one of the terrorists arms, and uses his jaw and neck strength to just break the arm, he also dislocates the shoulder, and rips a muscle, causing the terrorist to cry in pain again, "Alright that's enough, put him back in his cell, put that shoulder back where it belongs." then to the terrorist, "That's good enough for now, perhaps tomorrow we can continue, puto."
