After the shopkeeper filled out her order, Aoife held the bags, turning to Miriyu. "Well, we know you won't go hungry." she said.

Aoife laughed. "That's the spirit," she ate more than Miriyu. Quite a few sandwiches and three glasses of milk. The war had strung up her appetite.
