Well Cedric's armor doesn't really protect him from psychic abilities either, and being mildly but not really vulnerable to energy doesn't make up for the complete and total lack of any real weaknesses.

Well you're still acting like a complete immunity to physical attacks isn't some sort of massive benefit because energy attacks can hurt you. I mean, 3 out of my 4 characters can't even begin to hurt Nero. I don't care if energy hurts, you must construct additional weaknesses.

Also, how does this armor grant you immunity from physical attacks, but leave you vulnerable to energy attacks? And what is it made of. I mean, Cedric's armor is made out of some unknown, advanced alien alloy. If his armor is just like titanium or something it won't provide immunity, just ask Mr.Monomolecular Blade. Seriously, a monomolecular blade is the sharpest any object can physically be.

So, that is how I introduce our main villains

Thoughts?

Also, I am kind of siding with CSS and Android with this one, you need to think about why Nero could tank things like this, especially considering it was with in Quinn's power to injure him. Sure, dropping a building on him helped, but he still did it, and he is human if you ignore his teleporting and vision (And Endurance, but shhhh...)

Then that'll work. I never said immunity from physical attacks did I? As for his armor, it is an alloy of titanium, nickel, silver, and lead.

If you aren't invulnerable, you the power durability and just specify how durable he is. Makes things easier all around.

And yes, Cedric does have the potential to be very OP. But, if you know his weakness you can beat him, very easily too if you have the correct powers.

That they did, but we are ignoring the fact that Quinn doesn't have (supposedly) Nero's Nigh Impregnable Armor (if you ignore the eye stocks and the fact it can be overcome) to work with. So somehow Quinn was able to hurt Nero badly enough in his fight for him to consider fleeing the fight, despite the tools he had being various guns that were ineffective against the armor (if we ignore the eyes), A very high quality Ax made of a durable metal (I think I said Titanium), enough explosives to take out the building they were in, his teleporting, the fact he is who he is (Doesn't give up), and some other stuff

While we're at it, Napalm could use a solid weakness.

Decay is OP but hey I admit it.

So because I said invulnerability he is OP, even if it was used loosely? Harsh.

How is Nero supposed to fight him? Sword made of Bullshittium. Armor of unknown make reflecting bullets. Near impossible to find and exploit weakness.

Self-sacrificial. He attempted (though you ignored it) to get Decay to focus on him allowing others to attack.

Yes, it does. Because invulnerability implies INVULNERABILITY. If he isn't then it isn't even invulnerability.

And that's the trade off. People who don't know Cedric's weakness are pretty screwed unless they have a pretty sweet power loadout. But, say someone with super speed knew Cedric's weakness. He'd be more fucked than the last woman on Earth. He's like a final boss. Come in unprepared and you're screwed. Know what you're doing and bring the right people for the job and he's trivial to beat.

And ew, irrational morals that say you should let the villain live so he can escape prison and kill a few thousand more people.

Well lets think about it.

Never eats, sleeps or drinks despite being what seems to be a normal human.
He wears his armor literally at all times and doesn't even remove pieces of it.

It doesn't take a genius to tell that maybe he needs his suit to do things, not to mention that his power management thing when fighting Decay basically proves that his powers come from his armor, assuming you look into that bit enough.
