Hey, Cadia, I think SHSW had something a bit different in mind for the mayor, rather than a fat prick.

Real Name: Mayor Arnold Geir
Side: Villain
Gender: Male
Age: 42
Appearance: Suited
Personality: Suave, Manipulative, Gives off an Aura of Trust, The Perfect Politician
History: Not much is known about the life of Arnold Geir, he coming out of seemingly nowhere to start a political fire storm. He at several glances seemed to be forged to do nothing but become a Mayor. Valedictorian of the schools he graduated from, he has degrees in a variety of subjects... But the funny thing? No one can seem to figure out what his campaign was, they just remembering electing him, believing he was the best to lead Detroit.
Powers (Be reasonable): Hypnokinesis, Intuitive Ability, Memory Alteration, Scanning
Drawbacks (You MUST have some): While his ability to hypnotize and warp the perception of others is his strongest asset, it is all linked to his voice. If he can not talk then his powers can't activate, if the person can not understand him, they will not activate. People with extensive training in resisting mind control will not fall under a trance, however, even then his power is such that they will just seem to believe what he is saying, even if they know he is lying.
Can your character be killed: Yes, he is only human, after all

So when my Arc comes around.(Which will take a few months but still) would you guys mind if Johns armor gave him invulnerability, but the only way to beat him is lets say sparing fear gas on his Son? And his mask is the weakness part of his armor?

So I assumed that since you weren't on (or hadn't post), that I could do so. But I do think the city hall should look like that, gives it a nice, chaotic vibe.
