I don't see how the hydra would fit.
Well right now Rath only has one adult version of each. The rest are a lot smaller so as to the Hydra it could fit in a cave when its small and then use its instincts to hollow out the cave with its venom as it grows.
Actually it might be a great point in the plot if one of the Okaiju or Okaiju Pilots were to find one of these wild Kaiju when the Kaiju is still a baby and decides to show mercy and saves it from being killed and then it gets trained for the side of good.
