Gotengo would need all its crew save Siegfried inside it to move if Siegfried and Pavel got in a fight. And considering Gotengo's Weapon Outload it wouldn't be wise for Tsar to try and take it on. Unless Tsar wants to end up blasted by the Maser Cannon or frozen by the Absolute Zero Cannon.
