Ah, I'd say anything under 100km, and thats REALLY pushing it. Only the Destined are really capable of 100km, most ships would be >70

The four largest ships in my fleet would be around 90, and the second lowest 50, third lowest 30 and lowest 25. But I mean, it'd vary from ship to ship. A frigate would be smaller than a Star Destroyer-based ship, for example. I'd request people to show it when their ship(s) enter, like for example:

"As the [>100km] long ship entered the orbit of [Planet Name]...."

I believe the abundance is of hive mind-ish insect species. But pretty much we have a decent variety.

Species Description: They are for the lack of better words Humans: two arms, two legs, one body and one head with two eyes and ears and one mouth and nose. Comes in different colours and accents, hairs of every type or even none! In all seriousness, the only difference comes from the psions, that gives someone a purple iridescent irises.

Racial Biography: Their world was very earth like, with his differences, his problems and his wars. Not that different from the thing you see in the news or outside the window. Then they came.
Ironically, they were right: Our planet was in their empire, at least the Firstar system was practically surrounded with it...but I'm going ahead of myself again. They came from the sky, kidnapping our people and animals, giving no explanation whatsoever for their attacks. So our governments created the Force for the Obliteration of the Raising Terrors, acronym FORT, to counter and analyze their motives.
Describing all the events would take ages, but the deal was that they were mind controller: enslaving the races they conquered to make them their new warriors, testing them to see their potential. The point was we were too good: stronger than their brutes, and once we stole their technology even smarter than their scientists; the final blow came when we discovered latent psionic potential in some of us.
We build our own craft, hunted their main force on Cydonia, our neighbor planet, boarded their capital ship and killed their leaders. When they fell, the psionic net they created waved into chaos, destroying their empire in one swoop of despair resonating between several minds. We came across the fact that several system we didn't even know were now rogue, without government or protection due to our actions there, an empire built on that web destroyed by 6 of us armed to the teeth thanks to us studying them.

What came after was even more frightening: with psions, right to rule was forged: those who had the gift were surely at a superior chain of command that those not. Fortunately, we discovered that once the latent gene is activated, it becomes from recessive to dominant, assuring to all sons the same gift; in 2 or 3 centuries, we should all be able to use the gift. But for now, a new government was formed, a council of nation with the job to unify earth by moving the strings from the shadows and progress in space research, with FORT as their military.
A force 100 times superior in any field to all common knowledge of our world...but what about outside? Will someone know what we did? We'll be welcomed, or feared and destroyed? Doesn't matter, we are ready.
