Species Description: When first discovered by humans the Felane were thought to have shared a common ancestor for the amount they shred alike, or at least at first glance anyway. For at first glance the Felane look similar to a human, given their average height being about six foot, for both male and female alike, their eyes are normally either a shade of blue (female) or green/yellow (male). Their hair, traditionally grown long is either dark brown or black, becoming more and more speckled with light brown as the Felane grow older until their hair is completely light brown just before they would naturally die. A main difference noticeable from a distance is the colour of their skin, being an ice blue color compared to the pinks and browns of humans. Another difference is noticeable on their hands as they only have three fingers and a thumb, the same being said with their feet, having only four digits on each. On a closer look the true uniqueness of the Felane start to stand out, their noses' don't stick out that much, flat against their face they have two extra slits on the top that vastly improve their sense of smell. Their mouth's or rather teeth are also different, with fang like front teeth and the back teeth being much sharper than a humans, their tongue is tougher as well, in addition to being a dark blue colour.
Racial Biography: The Felane are a warrior race, however just because they excel in fighting does not mean they do not do any other jobs, in fact it is quite the opposite. As much as the Felane are warriors they also cover every aspect of war from engineers to architects to doctors. Not so good at Diplomacy the Felane trade effectively between clans and when they do interact with other species (and once the initial hostile barrier is broken down) they prove decent traders as well.
Other Info: Due to the destruction of their home world the Felane Clans act as galaxy-wide mercenaries, although the majority of them are part of the UPL they can be hired by any other spacefaring race..

Each planet provides 15 mid-sized ships (40-70km), 5 battleships (71-90km), one Super-battleship (90km+) or 30 small ships (<39km.) for a regular race.
For each of the following, increase the amount allowed per planet by 5 for mid-sized, one for battleships and 10 for small ships- Facist, Militarist, Imperialist, Expansionism, Crusades or Nationalism to increase this.
Decreased by the same amount for- Anti-military, Pacifistic, Isolationist or Anarchism.
Each race also has a standing fleet which is equivalent to the same provided by two Planets.
Fleet-based civilisations must have enough ships to carry the entire species and all other attachments. This can number up to 250 ships, but only 9 can be Battleship-class and only one can be Super-Battleship class. Of the remaining 240 possible ships, only up to half can be mid-sized ships.
This is now official.
If you want a WMD, tell me. I'll have to make a standing list of all possible WMD's, but you'll have to fill out a form, I guess.WMD Name:
